Disfrute de nuestras 4 habitaciones, 2 baños completos, 1880 pies cuadrados, una casa del lago moderna de mediados del siglo con hermosas vistas al lago desde el frente y a 100 pasos de la cubierta trasera al animado puerto deportivo de Cape Royale. Lakehouse tiene buenas camas y colchones y una bonita terraza debajo de los árboles en la parte posterior de la casa. Cocina totalmente equipada con suministro de café, té, azúcar, sal, ketchup, mostaza y salsa BBQ. Ropa de cama y toallas. Parking privado para cuatro coches o tres coches + remolque de barco. Se puede estacionar dos autos más en la calle frente al estacionamiento privado. Traiga su bote ($ 20 de tarifa de Cape Royale) y equipo de pesca. Lake Livingston Retreat

Our family was comfortable in this home near the marina. It is clean and well stocked with good working appliances and air conditioning. This is our second time here and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Great home for Families

The layout of the home was great for 6 adults and 3 children. There were plenty of spaces to hang out together or get away from the group. The back porch was great spot to relax. The home had everything and more to make our trip enjoyable and easy.

Wonderful stay

What a great place! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. It was spacious, bed were comfy and the decor was inviting. We couldn’t get over how well stocked the place was. It had EVERYTHING you need, and more. Definitely recommend!

Great stay over Thanksgiving

Our family had a wonderful visit at this property over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and well stocked. The owners Frederik and Sylvia were available and answered questions promptly. The wood stove was burning and ready for us when we arrived on a cold November day. We will definitely return here!!!

Lovely Long Weekend

Our family stayed in this ideal home for the third time for Memorial Day Weekend. It is always a pleasure to be hosted by Frederik and Sylvia. The home is cozy, comfortable and clean. Perfect quiet escape

Great location - sleepy little neighborhood on the lake. We are from dallas and met friends from Houston there - easy for us all to get to. The house was great for 2 families with bedrooms on 2 floors. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things we needed. It’s dog friendly with lots of outdoor activities. We made great memories with our families and will plan to come back !

Serene Retreat by the Lake

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking essentials made meal preparation a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Exceptional weekend getaway.

Property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies. All you needed for a getaway at the lake. Description of the property and ammenties is accurate. The owner was hospitable and communicative. When we get a chance, we will visit again.

We loved and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful peaceful home. We loved the comfy beds, sun set views , the lake fishing , swimming and to top it off .PINE ISLAND.was awesome!... Fred and Sylvia are living the American Dream, we have acquired our lake house in 2019 and have worked hard to make this home enjoyable and pretty and would like our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. In November 2020 we have remodeled the kitchen.

We love Lake Livingston and particularly Cape Royale with it beautiful forests full of deer and birds, friendly people, community spirit, wonderful neighbors and amenities. When we travel we want good beds, so we made sure the beds in our lakehouse are good.
Bring your boat and fishing gear. Chill-out in the water at Pine Island. Enjoy the sunrise and filtered lake view from the Master bedroom
