Godetevi il nostro 4 letto, 2 bagno completo 1880 Sqft metà del secolo moderna casa sul lago con splendida vista lago dalla parte anteriore ea 100 passi dal ponte posteriore al vivace porto turistico di Cape Royale. Lakehouse ha buoni letti e materassi e un bel ponte sotto gli alberi sul retro della casa. Cucina completamente attrezzata con fornitura di caffè, tè, zucchero, sale, ketchup, senape e salsa barbecue. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. Parcheggio privato per quattro auto o tre auto + rimorchio per imbarcazioni. Puoi parcheggiare altre due auto sulla strada di fronte al parcheggio privato. Portate la vostra barca (tassa Cape Royale di $ 20) e attrezzi da pesca. Il molo di pesca e le tre rampe per le barche si trovano nelle vicinanze del porto turistico. Cape Royale ha piscina comunitaria, campi da basket, beach volley, percorso naturalistico, parco giochi e parchi lungolago ed è adatto ai bambini.

Great home for Families

The layout of the home was great for 6 adults and 3 children. There were plenty of spaces to hang out together or get away from the group. The back porch was great spot to relax. The home had everything and more to make our trip enjoyable and easy.

Perfect quiet escape

Great location - sleepy little neighborhood on the lake. We are from dallas and met friends from Houston there - easy for us all to get to. The house was great for 2 families with bedrooms on 2 floors. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things we needed. It’s dog friendly with lots of outdoor activities. We made great memories with our families and will plan to come back !

Wonderful stay

What a great place! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. It was spacious, bed were comfy and the decor was inviting. We couldn’t get over how well stocked the place was. It had EVERYTHING you need, and more. Definitely recommend!

Lovely Long Weekend

Our family stayed in this ideal home for the third time for Memorial Day Weekend. It is always a pleasure to be hosted by Frederik and Sylvia. The home is cozy, comfortable and clean. There is plenty of room to sit and visit with family and it is great to have a full kitchen for meals when needed. Thank you for another perfect stay!

Great stay over Thanksgiving

Our family had a wonderful visit at this property over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and well stocked. The owners Frederik and Sylvia were available and answered questions promptly. The wood stove was burning and ready for us when we arrived on a cold November day. We will definitely return here!!!

Christmas in Coldspring

Serene Retreat by the Lake

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking essentials made meal preparation a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Exceptional weekend getaway.

Property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies. All you needed for a getaway at the lake. Description of the property and ammenties is accurate. The owner was hospitable and communicative. When we get a chance, we will visit again.

We loved and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful peaceful home. We loved the comfy beds, sun set views , the lake fishing , swimming and to top it off .PINE ISLAND.was awesome!... Family rest and relaxation

Enjoyed our time, just would have liked to have been able to make the rain go away. We did have some time to enjoy the back deck though. The host had good communication. The kitchen was very well stocked. The large couch was nice. Comfortable seating for several people. We also had plenty of area for parking. Nice area fro get out and take a walk.

Perfect spot in Cape Royale

We spent the weekend and Memorial Day in this perfect home. The house comfortably slept our group of four adults and six children. The deck area is shaded and really nice to relax on, the house is stocked with board games, books, movies, legos and trains which the kids all loved! We also brought our boat and rented a slip at the marina which is only a short walk away. All in all it was perfect! Thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely lake home with us! We will be back!

Fred and Sylvia are living the American Dream, we have acquired our lake house in 2019 and have worked hard to make this home enjoyable and pretty and would like our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. In November 2020 we have remodeled the kitchen.

We love Lake Livingston and particularly Cape Royale with it beautiful forests full of deer and birds, friendly people, community spirit, wonderful neighbors and amenities. When we travel we want good beds, so we made sure the beds in our lakehouse are good.
Bring your boat and fishing gear. Chill-out in the water at Pine Island. Enjoy the sunrise and filtered lake view from the Master bedroom
