Three queen-sized bed, in 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, and a small bedroom plus laundry and bathroom on the ground floor. The main living area is the 2nd floor, with outdoor screened patio with seating for 4, living room with TV/Cable/DVD, and well-stocked kitchen. The garage is stocked with beach toys and gear, not for vehicles. You'll find a 2-person 13ft Kayak, 2 Stand-Up Boards, all beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, etc.
