Whistler Village is busy almost any season. And, it can be noisy. This lovely condo is just a short walk away from the crowds where you can feel the serenity of Whistler's mountain location. (I can only imagine how completely convenient it is for skiers - with it's ski on/ski off location!) The condo is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We required nothing during our 4-night stay; but their concierge's phone number was made available and at our fingertips just in case. We went with friends who stayed in the main bedroom, so we slept on the pull-out couch. I was skeptical...but was thrilled at how well I slept. The mattress and bedding were perfect. The building is well-maintained and attractive; the pool and hot tubs are terrific. We had our bikes with us and locked them safely away in the parking garage's "bike" cage. It's convenient and gave us peace of mind. We would not hesitate to rent this same condo. The owners are very responsive and accommodating and clearly take care of this wonderful place!

Exceptional Condo

When we arrived we were instantly impressed with the clean well equipped and furnished condo. Then we looked out the balcony and took in the view of the mountains and valley. The location was perfect, away from the noisy village but only minutes to the gondolas and the village. There are many fantastic trails which we hiked daily (luckily we had hot sunny weather). After a long day hiking we would then soak in one of three hot tubs or swim in the pool, then return to the condo and enjoy a drink and BBQ on the balcony in the evening sun. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook our own meals. The booking process with Bob was easy and he did keep in touch via e-mail during our stay. We will definitely return to Bob & Katie's condo and recommend it to our friends.

Well Equipped Kitchen!

We stayed at the condo for 4 nights. The owners provided helpful information for our arrival. We enjoyed the view and the fact that we had the late afternoon sun. The kitchen was very well equipped, with knives that were good for cutting, and a great variety of pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed using the BBQ. It was fun to be able to see the pool and hot tubs, so we could head down when the tubs were quiet. We liked the fact that we had to walk up a hill from the upper village, but one should note that the shortest route is a bit of a rough trail with some loose rock. You can take a paved trail up, it just takes a little longer. The condo was a great base for biking and access to the village, about a 10 minute walk. We definately would stay again!

Perfect Condo

Lovely clean and comfortable condo. After a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to get back and sit on the balcony with a glass of wine looking at the amazing view of the mountains. We loved the peak 2 peak gondola and the many great restaurants in Whistler. We would recommend the condo to friends and family and would like to return again.

Outstanding Condo

Great hosts. Very responsive. Condo is perfect location with a view of the pool and more importantly, a view of the slopes and lifts. Great for checking conditions in the morning. Unit is also close the elevator that takes you right to the ski valet...less walking in your boots.

Great unit for our 1st Whistler experience

1st let me say that during our stay there were some hallway reno's going on, but we never heard any noise from it during our stay , granted we were out of the unit most of the day. This is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. The 4th floor provided a spectacular view ( even during the cloudy and wet weather ). The unit itself was very comfortable with all and any of the things you would need if you were home, save in unit laundry. The Hot Tub and Pool location were great and the front desk staff were very helpful. The location of the Aspen's is, in my opinion PERFECT!! Very walk able to the village, with access to the shuttle close by and were able at this time of the yr to park on the street overnight close by for free!! While it wasn't ski season this location would provide ski in and out access. Hopefully one day I can confirm this. Communication both pre and post with Bob & Katie was great. They seem to be very attentive owners. Selfishly you want to keep this place a secret for yourself and friends but I'm sure Bob & Katie want everyone to know. Thanks again for allowing us use of your little slice of paradise.

We are located 75 meters up Blackcomb above the Upper

Village. Winter we ski down to the Wizard Lift to access both mountains. Summer the Blackcomb base has miniature golf, trampoline, horseback riding, maze and many other activities for kids. The Upper Village has shopping and good restaurants. We are a 6 minute walk from Whistler Village on lighted pathway.
