Gorgeous House private Pool& Spa 10 sleeps, 8min to Strip


Beautiful 4bedroom house with brand new (2/2023) PRIVATE Pool and Spa, patio , BBQ area, kids area, 2 car garage, washer dryer , full kitchen, table for 8 in kitchen, 2 65’ smart TVs , one king bed , 3 queen . Perfect location 8min to Las Vegas Blvd , 8 min to new Raiders stadium , safe and calm neighborhood . You can use spa and pool 24/7 but Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am, respect neighbors!!
This is not party house, please no locals. (No baby showers, bday’s..)
House is prepared for 10ppl and that is maximum .
Close to shopping , restaurants and groceries stores
If you want have pool heated please let me know at least day in advance , fee for heating a pool is 150$ winter time, 100$ summer time per day.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE
Property have 2 security cameras(one is for driveway front of the house and one is on a side of the house for pool equipment)

What a beautiful gem in the valley. Perfect spot that’s about 15 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from the strip. Pool feels GREAT with the temps are above 100, room for 10 to sleep, eat, laugh and enjoy their time together.

10/10 Recommend. House is in a nice area, the backyard backs up to a high school. Even being across from the HS it is quiet and peaceful in the back yard. House is beautiful as advertised. Beds are comfortable. The hot tub was so nice in the cool temperatures. There are even towels and sunscreen by the doors that lead out to the backyard. This house is a perfect stay while in Vegas if you want a more relaxed place to stay away from the strip. Airport and the strip are a 25 min drive with traffic but everything is easy to get to.

During our stay, we identified several maintenance and safety concerns that require attention:• The dryer door is broken.• The dryer vent is not connected to an exterior exhaust.• The rear door leading to the pool does not secure properly. With one firm pull, the door can be opened, creating a significant security concern.• The sleeper sofa in the living room does not open, requiring one member of our party to sleep on the couch instead.• The master bedroom does not have a functioning lock, which limits privacy.• The tile around the toilet in the master bathroom is loose.• The shower mixing valve in the master bathroom is not functioning properly. The water became extremely hot and nearly caused burns.• The shower caulking is in poor condition and needs to be replaced.• There was no propane available for the outdoor grills.• The outdoor electrical outlets are not GFCI protected. I received an electrical shock while using one of the outlets, which is a serious safety hazard.• The pool area is not maintained to an acceptable standard.• The bed frame in the master bedroom has broken or loose slats that need repair.• The garbage disposal is missing the rubber splash guard, causing water and food debris to splash out when the disposal is in use.These issues impacted both the safety and overall quality of our stay. I recommend that they be addressed as soon as possible to ensure a safe and satisfactory experience for future guests.

So Much Better than a Hotel Room

The house needs a few repairs and fresh paint but we were certainly comfortable. The pool is lovely.(Fan remote was missing in one of the bedrooms.)

This property is as advertised and the location is great! We were here as a family- the house had everything we needed. Our kids never wanted to leave the pool and hot tub. We had all the comforts of home at this property. We would absolutely come back.

Hosts were very fast to answer any questions, house was very clean. Pool and spa were perfect for our group of 8. Ubers/Taxis are always only 5 minutes away and a 12 minute ride to the strip. Quiet neighborhood.

Stayed here with my family for a few days. We enjoyed not being on the strip, but still close enough to check out a few attractions. The house is in a nice neighborhood that had convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed family time swimming and was glad we opted to have the pool heated.
