Sunland Cove Beach House

This 3bd 2ba waterfront Sunland Estates home has an amazing view of the Columbia River and the surrounding areas. The home is a 5 minute drive to the gorge amphitheater, has a large wrap around deck, water front beach access, front lawn perfect for outdoor games, boat launch access, full kitchen with an extra refrigerator in the laundry room. There is a store and pizza joint in Sunland to get things you may need. There is a barista in the store. There is,comfortable deck furniture, pergola to add shade to the deck, a propane BBQ, folding lawn chairs and a random assortment of inflatable water toys.

Fast WiFi at the house and the beach

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full bathroom.

The two guest rooms each have a queen size bed.

The kitchen has two refrigerators, electric range, dishwasher, dual basin sink, microwave and a large serving counter/sitting bar.

The front room has a large leather sectional couch around a large coffee table perfect for family games. There are three other comfortable chairs in the front room also.

Cave B wine tasting and resort is 5 mins away

Gorge amphitheater is 5 mins away

Quincy WA is 30 mins away

Perfect concert weekend

The location of this property was ideal. What a super destination for our concert weekend. The host was fantastic and exceptionally responsive! So easy to communicate with and walked me through the VRBO process seamlessly since this was my first time booking a VRBO property. The home hosted four adults comfortably and spaciously. The kitchen was well equipped and having 2 bathrooms was perfect. The deck on this property is amazing, I only wish the weather cooperated more so we could really enjoy it. Maybe we’ll have to come back some day. The only one improvement I could mention is having black out blinds in all the bedrooms would be super. Summer mornings happen a bit too early for a vacation morning. However, if the blinds didn’t happen, it wouldn’t stop us from coming back. We really had a great time - Thank you!

Sunland Vacation in July

Nice clean place with a huge deck that probably has the best view of the water of any place in Sunland . Right next to the boat launch made it to easy with the boat! Definitely looking forward to coming back!
