Deze accommodatie op de 4e verdieping biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan en de Back (Shipps) -baai. Gelegen in The Sanctuary at False Cape / Sandbridge Beach nabij False Cape State Park, Virginia's Outer Banks / Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Ons huis is ideaal voor een kleine familie vakantie met zijn open plattegrond en het vermogen om maximaal 6 personen te huisvesten. Ons appartement is volledig uitgerust.

What a great rental! The condo was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were very accessible if needed. And the beach was a quick walk. Would definitely use this property again if back in VA beach vacationing.

Overall the stay was nice. The location to the beach and restaurants were perfect. The only problem was parking. It’s almost impossible to find a second parking spot for the other parking pass.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful on the inside and the owners had very clear instructions from beginning to end. Their communication was over the top and were very responsive. Anyone wil be please if they choose this listing!!

As a family of six, this beach property was ideal! The rental is well stocked with everything you need: kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, and more. Including beach toys and carts is so amazing. The view was beautiful, and we all felt pampered during our stay. It is all the beach you want without the crowds! We also took advantage of the property’s pools and a great restaurant across the street. We plan to rent again!

Sandbridge Beach with a View

This is a great property with equally great hosts. The location in Sandbridge Beach with its views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Back Cay is tops.

Wonderful stay

The condo was clean, cute and in a perfect location for our family beach vacation. Kay was very communicative and helpful. She even recommended a dentist when our daughter needed one unexpectedly. With family in Norfolk, we will be back to VB and will definitely consider staying here again.

Great vacation

Our family of 4 stayed for 10 days and had a great experience. Right on the beach, easy parking and the condo itself is beautiful. Only negative is that the property’s pool and outdoor facilities were closed due to Covid.

Great Family Place

We had a wonderful 5 days here for the 4th of July. Kay, the owner, is very responsive and friendly. The house has amazing views and lots for kids to do. Everything was very clean as well. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Enjoyable Condo!

We loved our SECOND stay at this location and plan to make it a yearly occurrence :). The condo is well cared for and is prepared for visitors! Its location is close to many restaurants and other small shops. It perfectly situated about 20 minutes away from Virginia Beach so you get that small town feel, but access to bigger entertainment. We loved it and will return next summer!

Perfect

Our stay was lovely. The apartment was spotless and had everything the we needed for a relaxing week long stay with my family. The location was laid back but still convenient to attractions and next to the beach. The restaurant across the street had great food. Highly recommend staying at Kay’s rental.

Absolutely fabulous

What an incredible place to stay. Breathtaking views and right on the beach with a variety of swimming choices for the kiddos. The condo had one of the best stocked kitchens and the garage storage was a treasure trove of beach items. Perfect getaway for families seeking a quiet beach town. Also shoutout to our hosts: they were so friendly and responsive. We will be back!!

Amazing views and lovely condo!

For the second summer in a row my family loved our stay in this condo! The views are perfect - we were able to see the sunrise over the ocean without leaving the balcony! The owners are very responsive with any needs. Awesome location and condo is very clean and comfortable! Loved it.

Better than advertised!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental! The place was clean with gorgeous views and easy access to the pool and elevators. The rental was stocked with everything we could have needed on our trip, which creates a much easier stay (especially with kids). The property owners were wonderful to communicate with. Definitely recommend this place - we’re already planning our trip back next year!

Perfect for our quiet getaway!

This property was perfect for our quiet getaway with 3 adults and 2 teens. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and sound from the deck off of the master bedroom and living area. The interior is spacious and comfortable so that in the event of bad weather you can still thoroughly enjoy your surroundings. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the owner was delightful. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome views and overall wonderful condo!!

We were so pleased and excited when we arrived at the condo! It was very clean and extremely welcoming as soon as we stepped in with sweet little touches like a tray of chocolates when we got there. My fiancé and I and my two kids all slept comfortably, and we loved the pool and very easy walk to the beach. The views from the balcony were awesome. We would definitely stay here again!
