Tranquility Awaits! This condominium (unit #114) is located in Bay Village, toward the southern end of Fort Myers Beach. You can relax to the sights and sounds of fish jumping and the many tropical birds visiting the peaceful lagoon which this property overlooks.

Within a short 3 block walk from your condominium door lies the widest, most beautiful, white sand area on Fort Myers Beach.

Besides the beach, your options are endless. You are within walking/biking/trolley distance of many fine shops, restaurants, and bars. Lovers Key State Park (which offers a lovely sand beach, kayaking, canoeing, hiking trails, and an abundance of wildlife) is just 3 miles down the road to the south and is accessible by beach trolley, bike, or car.

This comfortable, spacious, nicely furnished, non-smoking unit has a remarkable view. It also offers a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds (which can easily be converted to a king-size bed), 3 TVs, 2 VCRs and 3 DVDs, and WIFI. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and the complex has a large heated pool, tennis court (which has been lined off for Pickleball play), fishing docks, shuffleboard, barbecue grills, and more.

Please note.... A TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED and no pets are allowed due to condo association rules. PLEASE NOTE: We are still unable to take any reservations for this winter or early spring due to repairs of the entire complex are still ongoing due to hurricane Ian.

Lovely Condo/Lovely Location

We very much enjoyed our stay in the condo. The view from the lanai was beautiful. The area was very quiet and pleasant.

Nice, clean, calm, functional w/ manatees.

Easy. Door was open for me upon arrival! (Neighbor assisted me when I subsequently locked keys in the unit 🙃). Biking,!walking, ocean proximity, pool, bay view.............all good.

Best view ever

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pat’s condo. She was an excellent communicator and answered all questions quickly. The porch overlooks an estuary, and we enjoyed watching the many birds. The condo is a short half mile or so from the beach. The only issue was road construction, but I’m sure it will be done someday.

Clean comfortable well maintained. Well-stocked kitchen. Beach chairs towels Etc all provided.

We spent the month of February 2018 at this property. The weather was definitely on our side with record high temperatures. The owners provided us with all the beach supplies we needed. The beach was only a five minute walk from the condo, and we would spend time there every day. The complex is quiet and secluded and very friendly. You can sit in the Lanai and watch the fish jump in the Waterway in the backyard. If you're looking for a little more excitement a quick trolley ride to Times Square will do that for you. We visited Time Squares several times to take in the entertainment and dining. In all I can say we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the property to anyone.
