Lovely Waterfront Condo.

Tranquility Awaits! This condominium (unit #114) is located in Bay Village, toward the southern end of Fort Myers Beach. You can relax to the sights and sounds of fish jumping and the many tropical birds visiting the peaceful lagoon which this property overlooks.

Within a short 3 block walk from your condominium door lies the widest, most beautiful, white sand area on Fort Myers Beach.

Lovers Key State Park (which offers a lovely sand beach, kayaking, canoeing, hiking trails, and an abundance of wildlife) is just 3 miles down the road to the south and is accessible by beach trolley, bike, or car.

This comfortable, spacious, nicely furnished, non-smoking unit has a remarkable view. It also offers a primary bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds (which can easily be converted to a king-size bed), 3 TVs, and 2 DVDs, and WIFI. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and the complex has a large heated pool, fishing docks, barbecue grills, and more.

Please note.... A TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED and no pets are allowed due to condo association rules. This condo is registered with the Town of Fort Myers Beach, license number 20-0018. Also the Bay Village Condo Complex is still considered an active construction site due to the 3 most recent hurricanes. As such you will be asked to sign an association waiver acknowledging that you are aware of the situation. Our unit is completely fine but there is no working elevator and there are no tennis/pickle ball courts available, there still are construction vehicles and material at some of the blds, etc.

Beautiful view of the bay

We stayed 3 weeks in February and what we loved about this condo was the unit's screened in back porch which looked out onto the breezy bay. We saw jumping fish, all types of birds and beautiful mangroves. The heated community pool was also very nice, warm, and clean. All of the neighbors we met were super nice and welcoming as well. And, we loved taking the short walk to the beach everyday. The condo was comfortable, however the furnishings and some of the cabinetry could use some updating. I could feel the hard edge of the mattress in the master bed room and the bed itself was not comfortable, so I slept in the guest room. Other than that, everything was clean and great!

Nice flat in excellent location

Well kept and comfy apartment in a quiet spot on south Estero, with beautiful surroundings, a nice heated pool, tennis court and just a short walking distance to the beach. Pat and Jerry were very nice hosts and kept a straight and clear communication with us. A lovely place, we’d love to come back in the future.

Best view ever

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pat’s condo. She was an excellent communicator and answered all questions quickly. The porch overlooks an estuary, and we enjoyed watching the many birds. The condo is a short half mile or so from the beach. The only issue was road construction, but I’m sure it will be done someday.

We spent the month of February 2018 at this property. The weather was definitely on our side with record high temperatures. The owners provided us with all the beach supplies we needed. The beach was only a five minute walk from the condo, and we would spend time there every day. The complex is quiet and secluded and very friendly. You can sit in the Lanai and watch the fish jump in the Waterway in the backyard. If you're looking for a little more excitement a quick trolley ride to Times Square will do that for you. We visited Time Squares several times to take in the entertainment and dining. In all I can say we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the property to anyone.

LOVE This Place

My girlfriend and I rented this condo in February 2016 and couldn’t have had a more enjoyable time! The beach is a couple blocks away and the walk back gives you just enough time to dry off and get the sand off of you before returning. The condo itself is very well maintained, extremely spacious, with a phenomenal screened in porch that was perfect for dining. Couches were certainly nap-friendly, which is huge if you’re going to spend time in the sun! Great TVs in both room if you need an inside day or a movie night as well. Owners were incredibly easy to work with, great directions and instructions were provided before arrival. We will absolutely be back!

Very nice stay in a lovely environment

We stayed for two weeks in the lovely bay village and from the first moment we felt homelike. All things we needed were available. The equipment and the furnishing is perfect and very tidy. You can walk to the lovely beach in a few minutes. The appartment is located in a quiet area. The owners are very friendly and all the time responsive. We surely come back !!

A great stay in a very comfortable unit!

We recently stayed in this Bay Village unit, 114, and our stay was all we could have hoped for. The unit was equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed. As others have written......it was like being at home away from home. The unit is very comfortable and there was nothing we felt we were missing. The view overlooking the lagoon was great.....and as the website reads, the fish were jumping. A big plus, was the ability to use the owners toys (beach chairs/umbrella, tennis rackets, bikes, fishing equipment etc). We hope to be able to return to this unit again on a future trip to For Myers Beach.

Wow! All the comforts of...

Wow! All the comforts of home and warm, sunny weather. Our experience was phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for anyting more. We completely enjoyed our stay. It was such a great view looking out at the lagoon every morning. At the end of a full day of exploring Fort Myers Beach we enjoyed relaxing on the lanais. The condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We found everyone we met at Bay Village to be super friendly. The complex has a great swimming pool area and the landscaping is beautiful with all of the colorful flowers and plants. You can even grill your own fresh catch on the grills conveniently located down by the dock. The beach access just across the street provided seemingly endless stretches of beautuful beach for walking, shelling and watching sunsets. Bay Village was easy to find and is so conveniently located, only about an hours drive from the airport. Along the way we found Hammond Stadium, the home of the Minnesot Twins Spring Training. The downtown Times Square area provided a lively club scene, exceptional restaurants, extensive shopping and plenty of people watching. We would love to come back anytime.

Staying at Bay Village w...

Staying at Bay Village was so comfortable it was like being at home - only better. With two teenagers, having their own bathroom was great for everyone. Sitting on the lanais drinking coffee in the morning was one of our favorite times. The view of the lagoon was awesome! It seemed that the fish were jumping just for us. It was just a short walk to a huge beach where the sunsets were breathtaking. The pool was very nice - clean, deep and warm.. Everyone we met in the complex was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay at this unit in Bay Village - it was great for all ages.

Great vacation spot! Sand...

Great vacation spot! Sandy beaches across the street, easy to use trolley transport, nearby stores and restaurants, jumping fish in the backyard! Very quiet and peaceful stay. Clean, cozy, laundry, kitchen, patio, grill, everything we needed to have a great getaway. Enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bay Village. This condo offered everything that we needed. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was large and kept very clean, and the short walk to the beach was great. The sunsets were out of this world. We wouldn't hesitate to return here in the future.
