Lakefront Home & Grand luxe, 10 personnes

Apportez la famille Ă©largie Ă  rester dans nos 4 chambres tentaculaires, 3 salles de bain maison au bord du lac. La maison a un patio couvert et une terrasse surdimensionnĂ©e avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Palestine, pouvant accueillir 12 personnes et un grill. Marchez quelques marches le long du chemin dallĂ© vers le foyer construit pour s’mores la nuit. Continuez Ă  vous rendre au hangar Ă  bateaux avec un bordereau et un ascenseur pour votre bateau, une plate-forme pour prendre le soleil / nager et une station de nettoyage du poisson. C'est un endroit parfait pour profiter d'une journĂ©e ensoleillĂ©e ou pour pĂȘcher de nuit.

L'intérieur de la maison est aussi attrayant que l'extérieur. Il y a quatre chambres, chacune avec un lit king size. Le maßtre est à l'arriÚre de la maison pour maximiser la vue sur le lac. Il a sa propre télévision et salle de bain attenante avec une immense baignoire et douche séparée. Hors du maßtre est un salon avec un gigogne queen. Il y a un deuxiÚme maßtre à l'avant de la maison également avec sa propre télévision et une salle de bain attenante avec un combo baignoire-douche. Il y a deux autres chambres de bonne taille qui partagent une salle de bain complÚte avec un combo douche / baignoire.

La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les appareils, une cafetiĂšre Ă©lectrique, de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine et un grand choix d’épices. Il ouvre sur une salle Ă  manger
avec des siÚges pour 12. D'un cÎté de la salle à manger se trouve un salon confortable avec une télévision de 60 pouces équipée de la télévision directe. De l'autre cÎté se trouve un petit salon avec une autre télévision et une porte qui vous mÚne à l'arriÚre-cour et au maßtre.

La maison est située dans un quartier calme sur le lac Palestine avec un accÚs facile aux restaurants, boutiques et attractions du sud de Tyler.

Cette maison peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre louĂ©e avec la maison voisine. Les deux maisons peuvent accueillir jusqu'Ă  24 personnes.

Amazing house in an amazing neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was spacious & well worth the cost. We had a relaxing, fun weekend & the host was very attentive to our needs, very friendly & quick to respond. We would definitely book this house again.

Great place for a family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this lake house. We were a family of 7 and were very comfortable. The house was clean, the amenities were nice. We swam and fished off the dock and used the provided kayaks. Communication with management was excellent.

Weekend at the lake

We had a great time with family fishing, kayaking and just spending time together. The house was roomy, the deck was great and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was nice to have 3 full baths.

Yearly outing with friends and family

We try and find a place each year that has 4 or 5 bedrooms that will sleep 5. This was the perfect place. We needed 3 bathrooms which this house also could accommodate. Back porch looked over the Lake which provided for relaxing evenings. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals. Would definitely consider going back.

Anniversary getaway

We have stayed here before 3 years ago. It was nice to come back to a familiar area! We love morning coffee on the back porch and watching sunset sky in the evening. This time we went into Jacksonville and had fun exploring. One evening we drove to Palestine for a great dinner at Queen Street Grille in the historic Redlands Hotel.

Fishing Trip 2025

This is a wonderful house that exceeded our expectations! We had a reunion of sorts, it was a fishing trip for old college buddies, some that haven't seen each other in about 20 years! Sat on the dock, having a drink, fishing, and reminiscing!! We will definitely plan a return trip, as the property provided plenty of space and all varieties of entertainment. Thanks for letting us visit.

Spring Break

It was a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. The boat dock with a lift was great to get out on the water quickly. Plenty of space for the 8 of us to feel like we had our own space. Can’t wait to go back.

Christmas Family Reunion

Great location and home to bring our family together to celebrate Christmas. We came from 4 different states with some coming as far as Arizona, Nevada and South Carolina. The host even decorated the home for Christmas which was a really nice touch! We had a great week!

Fun times!!

We had so much fun with our friends this weekend. This house didn’t have a pool but our friends had rented the house next door that had the pool! This house is very spacious and a great little get away. We also loved the smaller space off of the house, like a man cave!! Our secret hideaway!!

Thanksgiving weekend

The house was very comfortable for our group and we enjoyed our stay. The pictures on Vrbo must have been taken a while ago though because they do not accurately show the condition of the house and property. There were quite a few items outside that our toddlers and dogs could get into that were not safe. Broken grill, umbrella and a lot of things in the shed that was not locked.

Wonderful property

This property was perfect for our three couples, nothing is overlooked here, they have thought of everything that you might want or need during your stay. Johanna, her sons and Mary were extremely responsive and helpful. We had a problem with the coffee pot, they immediately replaced it with a brand new one. We spent lots of time on the covered patio, played games in the game room, the Wi-Fi was great, TV in almost every room, even a USB port for chargers. The kitchen was well appointed, everything was neat and clean, even the outside grill was clean! The view of the water is so peaceful, many birds and squirrels to watch. Overall a lovely property, we can't wait to return!
