It is in a dark, quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown. It has two bedrooms with queen-size beds. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils and has plenty of counter space to prepare meals. Seasonings and many other basic kitchen products are available.
There is a counter style bar that seats two and the nearby dining table that seats six. The living area is warm and cozy with a gas fireplace that you can view the flames from all three sides. Though the bathroom is small, it has a huge Jacuzzi tub. There is a deck in the back yard with a gas grill.
Kathy, the single host lives discreetly in the downstairs apartment and is available as a resource if you want to ask about the local sights and aurora viewing. She works all day as a full-time school teacher and spends most evenings tending to her vacation rental properties. There are separate entrances, vehicle plug-ins, and driveways for both the guests and the host.
