This gem of a floor through unit is perfect for large groups, short or long term stay. It's been renovated and freshly furnished to accomodate guests with all the hotel amenities you can think of, while maintaining the New York charm.
Getting down to detail, you'll find all furniture and decor to be fresh and new, beds fitted with sanitized, premium hotel quality bedding, fluffy towels in place for everyone. Bathrooms also furnished with toiletries, hair dryers, also a washer and a dryer. Kitchen is ready for your arrival with a Keurig coffee maker and coffee, equipped to cook and entertain the whole party.
Some casual things to consider: We can usually accommodate early/late luggage, please reach out. If you require a different length of stay, please ask about options. Pets allowed but require approval and $100 additional fee applies.
Some serious things to consider: You must be 23 years or older to rent. Cancellations will receive 50% refund, when paid in full and 100% refund if rebooked at the same rate. Don't even think about partying here. No more than the registered number of guests in the apartment at any time without prior written approval from the owner.

This property was ideal for our party of six. It was very clean all the amenities were well-kept. Claudia was an excellent property manager, helpful and responsive. The location was great and we will definitely stay here again if we are back.
Property is as pictured. Clean and stocked with necessary items. K-cups were an added bonus! The neighborhood is pleasant and mostly quiet considering it's NY. Many dining options nearby. Apartment is on second floor...a little challenging for one member of our party with knee problems. Overall very comfortable place to stay.
Neighborhood - convenient location between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. Away from the hustle and bustle of midtown but easy walk to major Avenues and subway (line 6). Fairway Market, Target, liquor/wine stores, Trader Joe's all very close....very convenient!!! Good bagel shop just down the street and lots of good neighborhood eateries where locals hang out....look up on Yelp or Open Table under Kip's Bay.
Bedrooms/bathrooms - 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Owners were creative in converting a 1 bedroom/1 bath into 3/2. Bedrooms are small (2 full size beds, 1 queen) but functional. One of the baths could use some TLC, but having 2 is very nice, especially when you have a group. With that said, beds and bed linens/pillows were very comfortable. Front/street side bedroom is noisy...bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, hair dryers, and good quality towels.
Kitchen - Best part of staying in an apartment vs. hotel is having a kitchen! This kitchen is very well appointed with newer appliances and everything you need to either cover basic needs or cook all of your meals in! This would be the best feature of the apartment.
Keurig machine with a variety of coffee pods was a nice amenity!
Living space - not much for lounging around as a group as living area is small, but there is a comfortable sofa which is a sofa bed if needed.
Overall, a clean and comfortable apartment to spread out a little and live like a local for a city getaway. Most of all, owners were very responsive and helpful from reservation to checkout which really meant a lot as this was an unfamiliar part of Manhattan for us!
The location of this well kept property is simply unbeatable. The host was very accommodating and did a great job communicating the details. I'd highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.
We were overall very happy with this place. It was plenty of room for 5 adults, very clean and well equipped with the comforts of home. Just a minor issue - the front bedroom was quite noisy from the street noise. But hey, that's NYC! The location was great, very central and within walking distance to many great places.
This apartment worked so well for our group of 5. It has been tastefully renovated. The kitchen contains everything that you will need . There are soaps, shampoos, conditioners, towels, and blow dryers for the bath rooms . It even had a washer dryer combo. The location is very convenient for most of what you want to see in NYC. The owners and property manager were terrific and made the check in and out process so easy.
This apartment is modern, clean and well-equipped. The owners/managers were very helpful ahead of and during our stay. It's spacious for a NY apartment and having 3 bedrooms was nice. The pullout couch was comfortable. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood away from the tourist craziness but close enough to the Times Square area for a longer walk or quick Uber/Lyft. Also, it's about a 10 minute walk to the subway. The neighborhood had a Trader Joe's, Target, and a great bagel shop nearby.
