CANCELLATION POLICIES:
This website will tell you that there are "no refunds" but that is not true! This VRBO site does not offer a refund policy to match what I will offer. A refund is based on the amount of the re-rental received for any/all of the previously reserved time. The more notice of your need to cancel, the better will be the chance for the largest refund, but I would work very hard on a re-rental for you, even with a last minute cancellation. I will not keep any of the money that I can recover for you, and cleaning fees would be refunded if not incurred.
