The property is absolutely beautiful, and we loved our stay. It's better than the photos! The outdoor bath was the absolute highlight!! I will mention that the property is not dog proof fencing so your dog will need to not be a runner, have good recall or be on a lead.

Outstanding accommodation to unwind, listen to the calves, kookaburras and watch the stars. Lisa is a superb host and the attention to detail in every aspect is catered for We will be returning to explore more of this wonderful region.

Beautiful cottage

This property is beautifully decorated, in a magnificent location, with everything you need for a self-contained stay. The bed and lounge are very comfortable and the breakfast provisions were generous. Highly recommended.

Breath taking

We stayed here a year ago and loved our experience so we came back again this year and loved it even more. The house is on a large property very close to all the best swimming spots. The house is so warm and cozy and I'm excited to go back soon

We have most amazing time in our holidays stay, the charming cottage was beautiful and with modern appliances are delightful, the views are breathtaking, bath outside with beautiful watch of sunset amazing! Beautiful property in a spectacular location

Our 10 night stay at Thamarra cottage was simply wonderful. We love views and the mountains took our breathe away. The cottage had everything we needed and the peace and quiet made for a relaxing holiday. We ate well at Bellingen and strongly recommend Hyde Cafe for coffee (and their cinnamon scrolls!) We played golf at many courses, we hiked the rainforests, we paddled the rivers. All within an easy drive. Lisa is very friendly and helpful, so everything was just perfect.

Tranquil, bliss; perfect

The property is stunning, the view of the mountains a piece of art that changed daily. The lush rolling hill and cows grazing in the paddocks make for the perfect get away. Having private access to the Never Never Creek a special treat. Our Labrador enjoyed running around the front lawn and having so much room to play.The Belligen and Gleniffer area very relaxed and pretty. The cottage is a perfect getaway. Thank you.

Manicured to perfection, this property is the perfect getaway for any frazzled couple. A beautifully and elegantly presented cottage with everything you need for a private, comfortable and quiet relaxing recharge. This property is close to all that Bellingen offers as well as being far enough into the beautiful Promised Land to tap into the views and tranquity of the area. Our host was only a text away and resonded immediately to requests for information about the lical area. The property is beautiful, and the lawns and precision hedging certainly topped everything off. We will recommend this property to others.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay

The cottage is located in a peaceful rural setting near to Bellingen. On arrival, I received a friendly and warm welcome. My little dog was also welcomed. The refurbished cottage was comfortable and well equipped. Generous breakfast supplies were left in the fridge. I ate most of my meals outside on a veranda which overlooked the Dorrigo escarpment. Views were spectacular. Wildlife was plentiful with wallabies and many birds to be seen. The cottage even had resident green frog which lived behind the washing machine in the laundry.

Beautiful pet friendly country paradise

Magical Escape

We could not have asked for more! Every aspect of of this beautiful home away from home was well considered by the host. The furnishings and decor are chic yet unfussy, the bed is large and super comfortable, the outdoor bathtub is perfectly located to take in the surrounding mountains and fields. The fridge and larder were brimming with the makings for breakfast including beautiful fresh sourdough bread. Thank you Lisa, we loved it!

A beautiful cottage in a wonderful location

The location is gorgeous - sweeping views over mountains and the "Promised Land". Lovely garden around the corsage. The cottage is perfect for two people and a dog - good kitchen, comfortable bed , lovely bathroom and good wifi . Beautiful just sitting on the verandah reading or relaxing. Short drive into Bellingen so convenient but really i the country.

Little Oasis

What a perfect little getaway! I don’t even know where to start. From the moment we drove up on to the property we knew we were in for a treat! The guest house was so perfect and all the little extras were so thoughtful and really made the trip that more special. The bed was like sleeping on the softest cosiest cloud. The fire place was also a treat on the cold winter nights! What we absolutely loved about our stay was that we could bring our dog! He loved the wide open space and having Lisa’s dog jack to play with. I think he was sad to say goodbye to Jack. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending to all our friends. 10 out of 10!

A little piece of heaven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We relaxed and felt very welcomed. The cottage is just perfect very private but close enough to explore the region. We loved Jack's the boarder Collie that visited each day and also escorted us to the creek. Thankyou Lisa for being a lovely host.
