One of our favorites!

We love this property, and love working with the management. Had a hiccup with the AC this time, and the owner and mgmt worked speedily to take care of it. Super easy to get ahold of, and to solve our issue. Plus, the room is well kept, the property is beautiful, and beach service is fantastic.

Early 32nd Anniversary Trip!

The condo was so clean and welcoming with a beautiful view! We loved the furniture and start up supplies and having beach service was a wonderful plus! We hope to be back!

Great time at Fort Walton Beach

Really enjoyed this rental property on the beach! 3rd floor was nice to overlook the beach, but convenient to get to the beach. Was perfect for us.

Clean, hot water, quiet. The beach is very nice and the umbrella/chair service is great. They made our stay really great (unlike some places that are pushy or rude). It is just as described. Easy to work with. We would return.

Beautiful beach view stocked well, nice pool and hot tub. Common grounds well taken care of and clean. Bed and furniture comfortable. Nice furniture on balcony. We stayed two months and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

Thoroughly enjoying this vacation. The condo is well appointed and very clean. We have everything we need to cook in if we want and wonderful restaurants nearby. The beach is terrific, not too crowded and the chair set up is very good. You will enjoy this place immensely.

2022 Florida Vacation

We had a great time relaxing. We really enjoy staying at Pelican Isle on Oskaloosa Island. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and nicely furnished. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The ocean view is very nice and you are only steps away from the beach.

Absolute best vacation

First, sunset staff have been fantastic. Excellent, quick and thorough communication. Super helpful. Second, condo facility and unit are kept so well— very clean, updated. Third, peaceful, not party atmosphere. Our idea spot. We will definitely be returning.
