We had a great stay at SunSea Sand. The place was very clean and the owners were very quick to respond to my questions. It was nice having our own little pool and quick access to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Ann was very responsive to our questions. The house was clean, comfortable, and only a half a block to the beach. Kayaks available as well as life jackets, beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was a welcome experience after a day in the island. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Shout out to Joseph who takes great care of the grounds and pool!

Great property that is close to the Long Bay beach. Joseph was always there to help us with any requests we had while we were there. The pool was excellent for us to chill when we returned from the beach. They had enough beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants close access to a secluded beach. We will stay there on our next visit.

Quiet, great value, steps from the beach

Peaceful and private 2 bedroom house, perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed walking to the beach and swimming in the pool. A short drive from Grace Bay to go out to dinner, or pick up groceries to grill out on the patio.

Beautiful, clean, well appointed place. 100m walk to a gorgeous beach on Long Bay. E-bikes, SUP and kayaks for kids to try. Terrific.

Great place

This is the second year my family stayed at this place. It was clean and everything was like the description and only a few minute walk from the beach. I would recommend this place to others.

Perfect little cottage in great location

Great experience, the cottage has everything you need and then some. Ideal for me and my friends small getaway. Super close to town and has all the beach items you might need. This place has all the essentials, 10/10 recommend :)

Wonderful week in a great location

Everything was great, enjoyed free access to kayaks and paddleboards, in addition to a great location away from the bustle of popular Grace Bay, but close enough to easily visit when we felt like it. Property management was very friendly and kind.

Amazing time!

We have a wonderful time in the villa, we loved that there are plenty of beach supplies available for use. Also, the handyman was always there and he was ready to help us if we need it. We definitely recommend coming here.

Great stay in long bay

Nice, newer place. Short walk down sandy path to an uncrowded spot on the beach. The owner provides chairs, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. This is a great spot at a great price. Two thumbs up!

Great rental complex close to the beach

We stayed in the 2 bedroom at Sun, Sea, Sand. It was much bigger than anticipated. Super clean. Had the basics of what you would need. The in-unit washer and dryer was great to have. We had family renting a villa on the beach down the street so we went there to access the beach, but there was an easily accessible beach path that was a quick walk from the complex. The owners were responsive. I’d stay here again. It was a really nice and affordable place for our week in TCI.

Lots of space perfect location

This place was perfect ! Very clean , Nice location only a 3 min walk to the local beach. It’s in a quiet area with many other villas. Highly recommend a car rental to get around . The drive to Grace bay beach and local eateries and grocery was about 7 min The scenery and landscaping is absolutely beautiful . The unit has so much space . Plenty of drawyers and storage . The only downfall was the ac unit in the master bedroom was locked and could not go past 60 degrees . The electric bikes were fun to navigate and we saw lots of wildlife in the area including a friendly farrow cat and and a litter of puppies down the road. We enjoyed watching the horse back riders come by to the beach every day . Would highly recommend this place -great location for the price .

A Fantastic Home with Phenomenal Hosts

A fantastic home to stay in with everything we needed on our vacation to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos! The unit looks exactly like the photos— spacious and immaculately clean for our family of 4— 2 adults and two teens. Our family loved having the opportunity to swim in the pool as our final nighttime activity.The beds were comfortable with lovely bedding. Having a washer dryer in the unit was fantastic. SunSeaSand is no more than a 10-minute drive away from the restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and of course breathtaking beaches of Grace Bay. Umbrellas and beach chairs were provided which was great so that we didn’t always have to pay for those things at the public beaches. You can walk to Long Bay beach (there is a pathway accessible to the public across the street) within 5 minutes. We did sit there a few times — the water looked fine but there were major sargassum deposits. We much preferred Grace Bay beaches and The Bight which had no deposits at all. The owner, Ann was EXTREMELY responsive, and cheerfully so, when we had questions. She provided instructions as well as a list of restaurants/activity recommendations. We'd give Joseph the property manager seven stars if possible. He was beyond helpful —finding the sturdiest of umbrellas and chairs, helping with the futon, and providing guavas and coconuts for us to taste. SunSeaSand is definitely part of some wonderful memories of our Turks and Caicos vacation!

Gem of a stay

We had a great time at SunSeaSand! The clean, well kept cottage is in a complex with two other buildings - so you can be social in the pool area if you want. It has nearly everything you need to cook at home (bring oil/spices if you cook) along with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kayaks and SUP. Bedroom 3 actually has a trundle bed under the twin, so it can sleep 4. The location is in a nice but more rural area and we could easily drive to all other parts of the island (rent a car!). The groundskeeper was always available and was so kind! The only thing for us was the shower door was missing in the second bathroom, which caused water to splatter. And don't leave food out as ants will come in quickly! We'd love to come back!

Great House, Family Friendly

Our family of five (3 kids aged 9, 9, 10) loved our stay. Vaulted ceilings made it feel spacious and the bedrooms/bathrooms configuration are perfect for a family. Very modern/updated and all of the essentials in the kitchen. Pool is steps outside the master bedroom and the pool and pool area are exceptionally well maintained. Shared rooftop is a unique place for a sunset or morning coffee. Long Bay beach is a 3 minute walk and having (free) access to kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas was a very nice perk. E bikes are also a great option. We messaged with (host) Ann a few times with questions and she was very quick to reply and helpful. Joseph is on property much of the time and couldn't be friendlier. We rented a car and would highly recommend doing so. Very easy to navigate the island and this location is in a quiet residential area right near the beach. Very nice property and frankly a very good value compared to other options we considered. Highly recommend.

Overall we had a great stay at SunSeaSand! The 2 bedroom unit was very spacious and exactly as described. Bedrooms were bigger than they seemed in the photos. The location was great and close to the beach. We did not use the beach in Long Bay however because there was quite a bit of seaweed. That was due to the time of year we were there. We rented a car and explored many other beaches which were beautiful. You do need a car if you are staying here, as groceries and restaurants are a short drive away. But it was easy to get to everything. Ann was very responsive and always responded to my messages right away when I had a concern. The air conditioning worked well in the main area and second bedroom but the primary bedroom was very hot and was difficult to get it to a comfortable temperature. Possibly some room darkening curtains would help as the sun beats down into the main bedroom all day. The pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach. It was always clean and mostly empty. I would recommend umbrellas or some form of shade by the pool to make it easier to sit by the pool during the day. The chair legs were also all broken so the chairs were on the ground. The pool atmosphere would benefit from new chairs and little tables as well. The unit would also benefit from a vacuum. It was difficult to keep it clean with only a broom.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere quiet away from the main area of Grace Bay.

Paradise found on Long Bay

The two bedroom is perfect. Everything is spacious and brand new. Much care is taken in the cleaning of the space as well. Pool is right out the back door and the beach is 4-5 minute stroll down a well maintained path. Well visit this villa again in the future.
