This stunning villa with 360 degree views over the neighboring Leeward waterway, sits just 5 minutes away from the ocean front. Villa Vivace offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 adults. This contemporary, gated single-story property was designed by the award winning architect, John Redmond Associates, and constructed by the island’s leading building company AND Construction Ltd., to a meticulous standard.

Set within 0.85 acres of tranquil grounds and with a 42 feet boat dock, the villa features a large 30 x 15 feet outdoor swimming pool with a large private deck, which is ideal for sun-worshippers, whilst there is a covered terrace for when you’re looking for a quiet selected spot out of the sun.

Undoubtedly, one of the stand-out features of the property is its exquisite interior design which was personally overseen by the owner and interior designer, Gul Jenkins. All of the furnishings were hand-chosen to compliment one another and blend beautifully to create a comfortable and stylish home.

Villa Vivace is a gated residence situated in a very safe and friendly residential area. The property is also equipped with a monitored security system for added peace of mind.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The stunning 30 x 15 feet outdoor pool is the focal point of the villa's fabulous grounds. There is a gas Weber BBQ and grill with gas burners, perfect for family entertaining and the beautiful terraces are ideal for a sundowner or two! Natural vegetation, bougainvilleas, and tropical plants feature throughout the villa's extensive grounds.

LOCATION
Villa Vivace is just 5 minutes from Pelican Beach, of the least crowded and most beautiful beaches on the island! Grace Bay Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. It is also close to all of the amenities of Grace Bay, including fine restaurants, shopping, excursion companies, spas, resorts, the Provo Golf Club, casino and art galleries.

This property was absolutely amazing! We had 3 adult couples and everyone had their own space. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We enjoyed the private pool and canal. Don’t let the additional AC fee make you nervous, for 6 days our bill was under 150, we mainly ran the AC in the evenings and overnight as we were out and about during the day. We felt very safe here and Ron was a tremendous help in getting acclimated to the area. You won’t be disappointed in your stay here! Highly recommend!!

I cannot speak highly enough about this property! It was SPOTLESS! We were so pleasantly surprised by how well it is maintained and just how clean it was! I usually rewash dishes and coffee makers in vrbo’s bc I am a clean freak about things but every single thing was perfect! And I cooked several meals and everything I needed was there. You need to bring oils and spices but there were a few there. The location is amazing! Beautiful, safe, and our boat tour was able to pick us up in the back yard. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. We all want to come back!

Great house with lots of space, in a fabulous location. House manager was super helpful setting up excursions when requested. We rented kayaks a couple days which was a great way to explore beaches that are hidden away with no people! Definitely recommend!

A Week In Paradise

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. Ron meet us upon our arrival and helped get our week off to a perfect start with cold beverages and a tour. Terry and Gul Jenkins live in London and discovered the idyllic islands of Turks and Caicos after traveling extensively throughout the Caribbean. They instantly fell in love with the island and promised one other that they would return in the future to build their dream home. Now several years later, they have built a beautiful holiday home they would like to share with others.

Terry is one of the UK’s foremost musicians, having worked with the likes of international superstars: Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey, Sarah Vaughan, Vic Damone, Robert Farnon, Nelson Riddle, James Last Band, Symphony Orchestra, BBC Concert Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra, Gilbert O’Sullivan, Stephan Grapelli, Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, Royal Philharmonic 'pops' Orchestra and BBC TV Come Dancing. He has played in some of the most illustrious and iconic venues worldwide including Madison Square Garden, Carnegie Hall and Caesar's Palace and also has a prolific recording background contributing to over 2,000 tracks. Terry spent over a decade touring with Tom Jones as his drummer and it was during this time that he met Gul in Barbados. They had a whirlwind romance and married in Tom’s hotel suite in Puerto Rico and, appropriately, he was their best man.

Gul started her career as a designer in Europe where she studied and trained after completing a Masters Degree. Her creativity and artistic flair have earned her recognition from a number of design and fashion houses. She later moved to interior design and her meticulous attention to detail is clearly evident throughout the design and décor of Villa Vivace.

Terry and Gul scoured the island to find the perfect location for their dream villa. It's idyllic waterside setting, proximity to the beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants will ensure you have a vacation to remember for years to come.

What makes this property unique

The Villa Vivace offers 3500 sq ft of living space and is fully air conditioned for your comfort. Additionally, there are 52” Hunter fans throughout the property, 40” cathedral ceilings adds to sense of spaciousness, creating light and airy reception areas, whilst all rooms in the villa have glass doors, overlooking the water edge, pool and garden. All windows and doors are covered with mosquito screens and the windows feature hurricane-proof glass. There are large format travertine porcelain tiles throughout the house.

The villa offers three spacious ensuite bedrooms (two king-size and one queen) with sliding doors opening on to the pool area. The master bedroom has an oversized bathroom, 9-drawer dresser with mirror, TV and armchairs. The second and third bedrooms feature 6-drawer dressers with mirrors, with additional big wall mirrors. All of the bedrooms have walk-in closets and walnut luggage racks. There are also added touches such as hair dryers in all bathrooms allowing you to pack lightly and vanity cabinets with granite tops and big wall mounted mirrors. There are top of the range KOHLER fittings throughout the house.

Throughout the living area and bedrooms are privacy curtains and big panel blinds and the bedrooms also feature blackout blinds.

The fully fitted, state-of-the-art kicthen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler). There is a matching breakfast bar with four bar stools. All cooking utensils are provided. There is also a seperate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

The open-plan living space boasts a whole host of entertainment facilities, including a large flast screen plasma TV, complete with satellite channels, DVD, WIFI internet, Sony sound system with iPod dock, telephone and CD player.
