Inside, the space is beachy yet stylish with conveniences like WiFi and private laundry facilities. Whip up a fresh seafood feast in the fully equipped kitchen and choose to dine indoors or out on the balcony. Watch movies on cable in the living room, or unwind in private thanks to media equipped suites.
The condo comfortably sleeps four guests (with a six-person maximum), and offers two bedrooms and two baths. Soak up the sun from the privacy of chaise lounges on the balcony, or spend your days paddling the waves and flying kites at the beach.
The community offers the perfect blend of family-friendly fun and adult entertainment. All in an afternoon you can feed a dolphin, ride a rollercoaster, and order a famous beachfront cocktail at Pineapple Willy's. Outdoor excursions are plenty, including underwater dives to shipwrecks, hiking at St. Andrews State Park, or charter fishing vessels in the Gulf.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this homeour team is standing by!
Awesome view but condo has not been maintained well. Shower rod was falling out of wall; there were large, unsightly carpet stains throughout. Sofas were very uncomfortable and need replacing; stove eye needs replacing. Nice place but needs TLC!
We loved the daiquiri shop across the street!!
Carpets were very dirty, dishes in cabinets had dried crusty caked on food on them, side tables/tv stands/coffee tables were very dusty, mildew in the showers, long dark hairs in sink and showers when we 1st arrived, shower curtain rod coming out of the wall in the master bath, no dead bolt on front door or no safety latch. Minor things that in no way ruined any part of my vacation but would make me think twice about using this property again. Oh and the fridge had water standing in the bottom when we first arrived. I cleaned it out and didn't have an issue after that.
Condo could have been cleaner. Carpets dirty, dirty dishes put up in the cabinets, dust on a lot of surfaces, and some mildew in the showers. Did not affect the over all vacation. Will definitely visit PCB again but will probably choose a different condo.
Carpet was horribly filthy but the location was A+++++
Carpet was horribly dirty and mold in the bathroom. Needs updating terribly. LOVED the ocean view and convenience. Pictures are deceiving.
