This was a great place to stay for a ladies crafting weekend. The amenities were spacious with plenty of well lit open areas with comfortable seating to spend a cozy weekend indoors doing crafts and catching up. There were lots of windows with a beautiful view of the River. We had 14 people and there was plenty of space for us all. The bedrooms were also spacious and the beds were comfy. Jamie checked in on us and we had no issues. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Cozy family stay

The home had everything we needed for a quiet family getaway. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Our nephew loved the game room and the whole family enjoyed having loads of outdoor space.

This is a spacious and well equipped home right on the Rock River. Jamie is an excellent and responsive host. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lovely Family Home

Enjoyed the shady tree by the river. There was plenty to do on the property, from the game room to watching boats on the river. My whole family (aged 2 to 88) loved the stay.

Beautiful house and property! Firepit by the river. Large backyard great for yard games. Patio overlooking the river, great for coffee and dining. Plenty of sitting room for entertaining!

The house was perfect for a group of friends to come together. Everything from the Game room, huge yard on the water, # of bedrooms, extra blow up beds, board games, parking along with getting a link to all that was going on that weekend. Host is A in my book.

Janesville trip

Literally everything was perfect!! Our host went above and beyond and made us feel welcome and at home. The house was spotless, happy, it’s even prettier than the photos. We will definitely stay again. I can’t recommend it enough!

Rock River Thanksgiving

Jamie is a wonderful host who went way beyond the norm to make our visit a success. She had a ramp to accommodate my mom’s wheelchair and set up tables to seat 15 guests and generally made our Thanksgiving a success.

Great house

This was a perfect spot for a get together with 3 couples. The house was very clean and well stocked. The communication with Jaime, one of the owners, was excellent. She called us before our stay to see if we had any questions or concerns. She was very accommodating while we were there as well. It was a great place to stay!

wedding weekend

it was the perfect location for our extended family. we were in town for a wedding located in downtown Janesville, just 5 min away. The game room kept the teens busy. the multiple bedrooms on the main floor was great for grandparents. The owner was very attentive to any needs/questions.

Well -Appointed & Peaceful Retreat

This home is beautiful, clean, & peaceful. Jamie, one of the owner/managers, checked in with us before & after our stay & just made us feel so welcome. We were in town for a funeral & having such a restful place to return to was very nice. Our teenager was also well taken care of with the stellar entertainment/living space in the lower level. I would give this place six stars if I could!

Peaceful

Arrived on a Friday and the checkin was a breeze. Talked with the manager a few days beforehand about dinning and activities in the area. Very nice home and had everything we needed. Relaxing fire pit by the river that was really nice with a big open yard. If we are in the area again we will be looking to come back!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had another fantastic stay Christmas week. Same as last year. The air hockey and basketball games were the highlight. Plus there were plenty of other activities available to fill the time for everyone. The host is very helpful.

Long weekend in Janesville

Stayed in this house with seven others for four days. It was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Great view of the river. Plenty of parking for four cars. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Check in could not have been easier. We had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend.

We spent the weekend here celebrating my father's 85th birthday with the whole family. The house was even nicer than what we expected. The house was very clean, very spacious and great for big groups. There was a game room and many games to use which we were not expecting. So it was a great surprise. Jaime was absolutely the best host and was very attentive to any questions we had ahead of time and while there. She took time to let us know of activities in the area that weekend. Highly recommend this home for a get away for adults and kids alike.
