The Sea Breeze is in a secluded location with a backdrop of towering evergreen trees where eagles nest, above the private beach where seals and seabirds are spotted as the waves crash ashore. It is less than two miles away from the paved Olympic Discovery Trail, the perfect trail for pedestrians, cyclists or equestrians. For more information on the delightful trail. It is also only a five minute drive from the well-stocked Agnew Grocery and Feed Store which has a large selection of wines many from our local Olympic Peninsula Wineries. Because it is so conveniently located mid way between the two towns of Sequim and Port Angeles, in an area called Agnew, it is an easy fifteen to twenty minute drive in either direction to the restaurants and shops and activities that both towns have to offer. The world famous Dungeness Spit, the longest spit in the world, is only minutes away by car or can be hiked to along the shore for those who enjoy hiking and beachcombing along the unpopulated, rugged beach. Be sure to plan your beach walks accordingly, however, as high tide can be treacherous if you are not prepared. (tide tables are listed in the local phone book)

About Marjory Bartee
We feel very fortunate to be able to live in one of the most beautiful and unique spots on the North Olympic Peninsula and to be able to share it with travelers seeking to experience the beauty and wonders of this special area. We are located on several acres of land, partially farmland, partially woodland on the high bank waterfront bluff along the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Our views are of the majestic Olympic mountain range to the south and of Vancouver Island, B.C. to the north. Having a wooded creek as our eastern boundary, we are able to provide the unique access pathway to the beach below. All of our several vacation rental homes enjoy the use of this same five minute hiking trail which is the most treasured feature of our properties. Wildlife abounds in this natural habitat where deer, eagles, river otter, seals and more are seen as an every day occurrence. We work daily at our other businesses where we sell home improvement products such as appliances, flooring, cabinets etc. We strive to have all of our vacation homes reflect our enthusiasm for inviting, quality interiors so that our guests feel truly welcome and at home while they stay in our homes.
Marjory Bartee purchased this Mobile Home in 2002
Why Marjory Bartee chose Port Angeles
We have lived on this acreage for many, many years and have gradually developed several vacation rentals on it over the past few years. We love this beautiful land and try to keep it looking it's best for everyone who comes to visit so that they will enjoy it as much as we do.
What makes this Mobile Home unique
The Sea Breeze has sweeping waterfront views from the kitchen, living room, and dining room, and is close to the creek and to the trail that leads to the beach. It is so quiet and private and when the deer stroll past the porch and nibble on the fruit trees, it is like a storybook setting. When the exquisitely beautiful peacock comes by everyone gets out their cameras!

We had a great time here for a quick weekend getaway for our family of 5. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved the trails to the beach and to the cliffside overlook. Such a special property we'd love to come back to!
We felt immediately comfortable in this thoughtfully prepared vacation home. We lacked for nothing.
I hope we can come back again to this beautiful and peaceful place. How fun to get the grands up early to peek at the deer, then to see the sparkling lights of the cruise ships in the evening, heading to the sea. Our hosts were most helpful and patient with our questions. So many places to see nearby...we hardly scratched the surface. Did I mention comfortable beds and a fully furnished kitchen? Next time I will pack much lighter! Thank you Marjorie and Johanna!
beautiful, quaint, and comfortable! beautiful views and great amenities.
Marjory was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. The house was clean and well kept and the amenities all worked great. Clean BBQ grill (always a plus) and convenient to Cedars at Dungeones golf course.
Would definitely rent again!
I don't believe we've ever stayed in a more comfortable place before! There were only 3 of us staying, but there was plenty of room for more. The host was so generous in items left for anyone's use, such as pantry items, including coffee and a variety of seasonings. Shampoo and conditioner in normal size containers and disposable razors were found in each bathroom, miscellaneous tools were found over the washer/dryer and a few grocery items were found in the refrigerator, etc, etc....amazing!
We were visiting during the recent poor air quality period, so were unable to enjoy the view from this place, but it appeared that there would have been nothing to obstruct your view...except the recent smoke...bummer!
All in all, we would certainly stay here again!
Exceeded Our Expectations!
We’re two older couples on a road trip - a little leery of the ‘manufactured home’ aspect - and we drive up to THIS fabulous place! Soooo much space and homey, comfy decor and amazing beds and towels and a fully outfitted kitchen and a view....oooohhhh.....stunning! LOVED the big tub after a long hike. A second full bath, so all got their privacy...we give it 10 out of 5 stars! It’s not fancy - it’s solid and the furniture is good quality. No Ikea here. The little artworks and books and games are great touches. The walk down to the beach is an adventure and not for the faint of heart. It is NOT the little path right next door. Though that is a lovely walk with awesome views. The way to the beach is marked with a sign and you walk down past two properties to hit the trail. We ate fresh raspberries and blackberries - they’re growing everywhere. We could have easily stayed a month. Thanks sooooo much for your hospitality!
So glad I was able to find this gem again
Very clean and comfortable. Easy to locate. Wonderful short hike to see an incredible view (especially at sunset). Loved the beach access too. Hope to come a 3rd time.
