The Sea Breeze is in a secluded location with a backdrop of towering evergreen trees where eagles nest, above the private beach where seals and seabirds are spotted as the waves crash ashore. It is less than two miles away from the paved Olympic Discovery Trail, the perfect trail for pedestrians, cyclists or equestrians. For more information on the delightful trail. It is also only a five minute drive from the well-stocked Agnew Grocery and Feed Store which has a large selection of wines many from our local Olympic Peninsula Wineries. Because it is so conveniently located mid way between the two towns of Sequim and Port Angeles, in an area called Agnew, it is an easy fifteen to twenty minute drive in either direction to the restaurants and shops and activities that both towns have to offer. The world famous Dungeness Spit, the longest spit in the world, is only minutes away by car or can be hiked to along the shore for those who enjoy hiking and beachcombing along the unpopulated, rugged beach. Be sure to plan your beach walks accordingly, however, as high tide can be treacherous if you are not prepared. (tide tables are listed in the local phone book)

About Marjory Bartee
We feel very fortunate to be able to live in one of the most beautiful and unique spots on the North Olympic Peninsula and to be able to share it with travelers seeking to experience the beauty and wonders of this special area. We are located on several acres of land, partially farmland, partially woodland on the high bank waterfront bluff along the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Our views are of the majestic Olympic mountain range to the south and of Vancouver Island, B.C. to the north. Having a wooded creek as our eastern boundary, we are able to provide the unique access pathway to the beach below. All of our several vacation rental homes enjoy the use of this same five minute hiking trail which is the most treasured feature of our properties. Wildlife abounds in this natural habitat where deer, eagles, river otter, seals and more are seen as an every day occurrence. We work daily at our other businesses where we sell home improvement products such as appliances, flooring, cabinets etc. We strive to have all of our vacation homes reflect our enthusiasm for inviting, quality interiors so that our guests feel truly welcome and at home while they stay in our homes.
Marjory Bartee purchased this Mobile Home in 2002
Why Marjory Bartee chose Port Angeles
We have lived on this acreage for many, many years and have gradually developed several vacation rentals on it over the past few years. We love this beautiful land and try to keep it looking it's best for everyone who comes to visit so that they will enjoy it as much as we do.
What makes this Mobile Home unique
The Sea Breeze has sweeping waterfront views from the kitchen, living room, and dining room, and is close to the creek and to the trail that leads to the beach. It is so quiet and private and when the deer stroll past the porch and nibble on the fruit trees, it is like a storybook setting. When the exquisitely beautiful peacock comes by everyone gets out their cameras!

Exceeded Our Expectations!
We’re two older couples on a road trip - a little leery of the ‘manufactured home’ aspect - and we drive up to THIS fabulous place! Soooo much space and homey, comfy decor and amazing beds and towels and a fully outfitted kitchen and a view....oooohhhh.....stunning! LOVED the big tub after a long hike. A second full bath, so all got their privacy...we give it 10 out of 5 stars! It’s not fancy - it’s solid and the furniture is good quality. No Ikea here. The little artworks and books and games are great touches. The walk down to the beach is an adventure and not for the faint of heart. It is NOT the little path right next door. Though that is a lovely walk with awesome views. The way to the beach is marked with a sign and you walk down past two properties to hit the trail. We ate fresh raspberries and blackberries - they’re growing everywhere. We could have easily stayed a month. Thanks sooooo much for your hospitality!
We stayed here for two nights prior to volunteering at the New Dungeness Lighthouse. This was a perfect home base for access to Costco (very important to us for getting supplies for the next week), the wonderful Agnew's store, and all of Sequim / Port Angeles. House is so peaceful - fantastic views, beds were comfortable, set up nice for gathering together for meals and socializing with the open kitchen/dining room/living room arrangement. Many options for long walks either on the beautiful grounds or the adjoining neighborhoods. House had everything we needed, Marjory was very responsive to questions ahead of our stay, and the check in process was so easy.
Loved the trail to the beach!! Kids enjoyed it a lot too. Comfortable accommodations. Great location. Very nice people.
So glad I was able to find this gem again
Very clean and comfortable. Easy to locate. Wonderful short hike to see an incredible view (especially at sunset). Loved the beach access too. Hope to come a 3rd time.
We had a great time while visiting Sequim and Port Angeles. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and having friends come over for the day. The beach trail was awesome and waking up every morning to the view and smell of the water was heaven.
We had minor issues such as WiFi password and the satellite not working. I let the owner know and she was right out working on the problem. We figured out the WiFi password issue and Direct TV was coming out to fix the satellite the day we left.
I would recommend this house for any family as it had everything we needed from cooking to cleaning up after the kids. The location was convenient to all our friends, stores and town.
I wish they had a large enough outdoor table and chairs for us to have enjoyed our meals outside.
We would definitely stay there again on our next trip back!

We saw deer every day even a new little baby. I was a little sad when I couldn't find the beach access. I had to ask some people coming through a locked gate about finding the key to be able to get through. The beach was beautiful but definitely a little bit of a workout to get to.
