Cozy Cottage with Beautiful Ocean Views

From the newly decorated interior to the unobstructed, sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, this home is one of a kind! Located in a quiet little neighborhood off Queen's Hwy in Rainbow Bay, Latitude Adjustment is minutes from one of the many beaches on the island of Eleuthera and about a 4 minute walk from the Rainbow Inn Restaurant and Bar!

Latitude Adjustment was completed in 2015, but recently renovated within the last two years. The modern, high-ceiling, open-plan living room and kitchen has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has an island that seats 6 people comfortably and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a comfortable sectional and two chairs for extra seating as well as a Smart TV.

The house can accommodate 7 people comfortably!

We always knew we wanted a vacation home—but we also knew we didn’t want something overly “touristy” like some of the places we’d visited before. We were looking for somewhere peaceful, authentic, and a little off the beaten path.

After just one trip to Eleuthera, we knew we’d found it.

The island’s natural beauty, laid-back charm, and welcoming community captured our hearts instantly. It felt like home in a way we hadn’t expected—but deeply appreciated.

What makes this property unique

Relaxing in one of the hammocks on the porch, taking in the sweeping views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean is hard to beat! Drink in hand recommended!
