*This charming villa is located in Hacienda Las Chapas, one of the most prestigious urbanisations in the Marbella area only 25 mins from Malaga Airport. The 1500 sqm plot has four bedrooms, all of which lead onto the lovely mature gardens, surrounded by protected cork trees and pine trees. Fibre optic broadband for maximum connectivity. It has two roof terraces, one looking out to the sea, the other to an open green zone and far reaching views of the mountains. To the east is the picturesque Cabopino port whilst the Golden Sand beach is rated one of the best on the coast and is popular for the Marriott Beach resort, the 5-star Don Carlos Hotel and Nikki Beach club all within 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive. There are several golf courses in the area and the historic old town of Marbella is just 15 mins away and Puerto Banus a further 10 mins from the old town. There is an upmarket convenience store in the urbanisation and two larger supermarkets nearby. There are many beach bars and restaurants in the area to fit all budgets.

Relaxing sunny break

This is the 2nd year 8 of us have stayed at this villa and we loved it. Duncan is a great host, sends through all instructions well in advance and also gives great recommendations on places to eat. The villa is very clean, there is a supermarket just 10 minute walk away and the pool is great. Overall totally recommend this villa, great location for cabopino and la Cala.

We stayed for11 days in the villa and had a perfect easter holiday. The house is very big and ideal for families. There is also a big garden with old trees and a tended pool. Perfect for playing ball etc. Our kids loved to play there. The house is near to the beach and can be reached by foot. We are planing to come back next year with our kids.

Idyllic villa in beautiful garden space.

This villa offered everything we hoped for - as a group of friends getting away together. There was everything on site if you want a peaceful get-away but also close enough to beach/ restaurants and 15 minute drive to Marbella. The host made sure of sending details and information relevant to our stay and couldn’t have been more helpful. The property has plenty outdoor space and is very well equipped for home catering. It was easy enough to get about using Uber taxis or buses, and the beach was a 20 minute walk. Would thoroughly recommend!

Best of all worlds

This is a great villa. It's in a nice, quiet, secluded location but is within walking distance of good restaurants and the beach. The pool is a good size and the terraces provided great places to catch the sun during the day and star gaze at night. Everything you need is in the villa and everything worked without issue. There is a shop within walking distance for the essentials and lower cost options just a short drive away. A local security team were always around and it felt very safe, even walking back to the villa at night. Communication with Duncan was perfect and the check in process really easy. There was a nice food package left for us when we arrived which was very welcome. I cannot offer any negatives on the villa and we will be looking to return.

Beautiful villa set in pretty urbanisation in Marbella

We had a wonderful stay here for a week in May with our two sons aged 6 and 3. The villa is very well equipped and has everything you need for a home from home, I particularly loved the utility room it was better kitted out than ours at home (pegs, clothes racks, washer, dryer, basket) a laundry heaven for those of you who like keeping up to date on washing during your holiday! The bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely, bright and spacious with great storage again perfect for families with lots of belongings. The Air con was a nice luxury when the nights got very warm. The kitchen has 2 fridge/freezers which was very practical as we used one for food and the other for drinks; as well as ample crockery and cutlery and lovely coffee machine. The house is super organised and the keys for each door and security gates were well labelled and positioned within the house. Outside is super peaceful, this is where we spent most of our time and the boys loved the pool! (It was a bit cold for me even though the temp was 26 I struggled plunging into cold water) but once you’re in it’s fine. The bbq and dining area is lovely for evening bbqs and there are fruit trees all around. There is a local shop 5 minutes away and the house is just off the A7 so close to all the bigger towns beaches. We had a car which I would say is a must with kids as the walk can be a bit steep especially in the heat. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful spacious villa

We enjoyed a lovely week's stay over the May-June half term '24. The villa is spacious, with 4 good sized bedrooms all on the ground floor. The mezzanine has a comfortable area for watching TV (not that we used it) and access to the two roof balconies. We found the villa stayed pretty cool during the day, though there is air-con in the bedrooms if required. The garden and pool area is lovely. There is plenty of space, lots of privacy and the pool is a good size and depth. Gardeners come during the week to keep everything looking pristine. There is a gas fired BBQ. Communication with the owner was seamless and he provided a lot of very helpful and detailed information in advance, really couldn't have asked for more. The villa is in a peaceful location, even though it's not that far off of the AP-7. There isn't really anything much within easy walking distance, but 30-35 mins would get you to the beach and Sinbad's restaurant. I would say it is much easier to drive to places though, with gorgeous beachside restaurants like Luuma Beach within very easy access. There's a small supermarket about 5 mins drive away and a larger one about 10 mins drive. Trips to Marbella (Old Town is lovely) and Puerto Banus (to see the boats and cars!) were easy trips and a drive of just over an hour up through the hills will get you to Ronda, which is absolutely worth the effort. As a family of 4 (2 x teenagers) we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Toller Aufenthalt in der Villa "Casa Pring"

Wir waren vom 17. - 24.09.2023. Die Villa befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück mit eigenen Pool, den wir sehr genossen haben. Das einzige kleine Manko war, dass das Wasser im Pool etwas kalt war und der Pool aufgrund der schönen großen Bäume auf dem Grundstück oft im Schatten lag. Die Kommunikation mit Duncan, dem Vermieter, war einwandfrei. Er war immer bemüht, uns den besten Service zu bieten, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Er gab klare Anweisungen zu den Hausregeln und erklärte uns auch, wie alles im Haus funktionierte. Obwohl wir als spanisch sprechende Gruppe gereist sind, hätten wir uns gefreut, die Anleitungen auch auf Spanisch zu erhalten. Aber auch mit den englischen Unterlagen konnten wir uns gut zurechtfinden. Das sind jedoch alles nur Kleinigkeiten. Ursprünglich hatten wir uns für eine andere Villa mit Jacuzzi und näher am Strand entschieden. Aber aufgrund der schlechten Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der hervorragenden Kundenorientierung von Duncan haben wir uns letztendlich für die Villa "Casa Pring" entschieden. Wir bereuen es überhaupt nicht, auch wenn wir keinen Jacuzzi hatten. Alles, was im Inserat beschrieben wurde, war vorhanden. Sogar um die "Moskitos" zu bekämpfen (worauf auch schon hingewiesen worden war), hatten wir um eine elektrische Fliegenklatsche gebeten und Duncan hat dies sofort organisiert und uns über die Agentur zukommen lassen. Alles verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen. Danke!

Geweldige villa

Een heerlijk huis op een van de mooiste urbanisaties van Marbella! Veel privacy en een prachtig verzorgde groene omgeving. Duncan is een zeer goede gastheer. Alles werd zeer duidelijk gecommuniceerd. We waren blij met de houtkachel/haard waarvoor ook nog eens hout gebracht werd door de tuinman! Wij komen heel graag nog een keer!

Schönes Haus und lieber Gastgeber.

Wunderbarer Garten und Pool

Ein tolles Haus in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend. Besonders toll waren die frischen Kräuter die direkt neben dem Frühstückstisch am Pool wachsen und der Blick auf das Meer von der Dachterrasse. Vielen Dank an Duncan und Dita auch für die Lebensmittel, die schon zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank standen. Sogar eine Flasche Sekt und ein persönlicher Brief waren dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely villa with a charming garden

As group of 5 people we stayed at the villa at the beginning of the 2021 holiday seazon and truly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owners was superb easy and fast.We have received all instructions for check-in, keys pick up and check-out timely. With regard to the house itself- it has 4 bedrooms and could accommodate 8 people easily. The house is very well equipped with a barbecue at a patio. And the garden is just astonishing,with old trees, palms and the swimming pool. Recommend to rent a car to get to a nicer beaches like the one in Fuengirola (app.20 mim driving) and explore beautiful Andalusia.

It was a lovely villa in a great location for our family holiday. The kids loved the pool, plenty of space for everyone and the veranda was perfect for outdoor family lunches and dinners.

Charming villa in secluded and quiet area

Villa 25 nestles in an area of quiet, secure, and secluded villas. We were a group of four adults, and stayed there for three weeks in March 2020. It’s a charming four bedroom 2 story villa, with four bedrooms (master bedroom ensuite) , 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, an open plan living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen.There’s also a small utility room with an extra fridge/freezer, and clothes washing and drying machines. Upstairs there are two outdoor terraces and a room with a large screen TV that’s connected to the internet. There’s fast wifi available in almost every room. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with mature cork and pine trees. Citrus trees add a fragrance to the garden in spring. There’s a swimming pool and plenty of shade or sun. There’s also parking for one large car or two small ones. The nearest shop is within walking distance, as is the long sandy beach that runs up the coast towards Cabo Pino on one side and towards Marbella on the other. The property was recently renovated, and the new bathrooms with plenty of hot and cold running water, are modern and tastefully designed. The villa is comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. Surrounded by hedges, the garden is private, peaceful, and not overlooked. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs within a short driving distance, and of course excellent chiringuitos on the beachfront. When the owners are away the property is run by a service company, and if any problems arise they are quick to address them. We were four adults, and each of us has nothing but praise for the property and it’s owners. Duncan and Ditas are among the most gracious hosts we’ve had the good fortune to meet, and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. On arrival we found snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine to greet us, and folders with all the information we could possible need concerning the property. We’ve absolutely nothing to complain about and lots to praise. We highly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a special holiday home that echos the warmth of the family that grew up spending time in this wonderful hideaway. We have owned our property in southern Spain for over 30 years and have used it extensively. Our 4 boys have loved spending summers there, but now that they are adult we use it sightly less frequently. It is a much loved property and we hope our tenants will treat it with care as well.

Why they chose this property

We both speak a bit of spanish and have connexions with the country. We love the south of Spain which has an incredible heritage. The warm weather, the friendly people and the cosmopolitan atmosphere all make life much easier here.
