We are 19 minutes from sassafras winery and downtown Dickson street, the heart of Fayetteville. No bugs! That can be a lot to ask for a country spot like this. Loved having laundry facilities and a strong AC, the kitchenette was roomy and well stocked, super comfy bed.Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment was amazing. Super clean and easy to find. We loved the little creek running near the property that was so peaceful and relaxing. A beautiful deck to sit on and enjoy too. Loved it all!

Everything we needed and expected. Surrounding area was peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Short drive in to visit my son in Fayetteville and the surrounding area and a little closer to the hiking we did out west (near Ponca). A little warm for this time of year (March) but the AC worked great. Thanks had a lovely visit!

It was a little apartment over a mechanics garage. It gives a strong smell of gas, oil, and exhaust in your living space. It was clean other than the tops of things above view and they were covered in dust. AC was good and cold on a very hot day but was not transferring into the bedroom very well so it stayed warmer. Bed was very firm. I liked it but my wife ended up on the couch. Overall it is a decent little place but we would definitely have a hard time recommending.

The stay was amazing. The host have a beautiful home and were very kind. I really like the location as it is on the outskirts of Fayetteville so you have all the benefits of being by the big city but the peace of a country house.

An amazing place to stay. It is far enough out of town that you don't have to deal with the Fayetteville traffic but close enough to spontaneously drive in. The perfect place for a calm weekend. Check out and check in were very simple. And the host is a great communicator!

This a pretty quiet country neighborhood, there are many different routes to take to go to town and are close to the lake and river. But we are not far from town.
