All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and blinds for a restful night's sleep. Room opens to deck. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Very cozy and inviting home. EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Brining my daughter home from college so we only got to stay one night. Take the walk by Lake Fayetteville, it’s worth it. Easy location to get to with plenty of food options near by. Caitlin’s is very responsive and eager to help if you need it. Definitely would stay here again.

We arrived a bit early and needed to stay a little later than our check out time and Caitlin was very accommodating. We were in town for a Sunday afternoon wedding, so we appreciated being able to be in the house a little longer. If we come back as a family, we will look at staying here again.
