Surrounded by the pristine waters of the upper Gulf of Mexico, this “All INCLUSIVE PARADISE” awaits you. The Cape San Blas peninsula is a nature lovers dream. Flanked on one side by the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and on the other by the alluring wildlife filled waters of St Joseph Bay. We have designed this vacation getaway to include practically everything a family could ever want in a vacation full of fun, sun and adventure. Nestled in the heart of Barrier Dunes, a beautifully manicured waterfront gated community, "Emerald Breeze", your vacation home sits just 20 steps from one of the 2 pools, 40 steps from the tennis courts and a short (500ft) walk on the boardwalk that runs directly to the beach. "Emerald Breeze" is a meticulously maintained end unit, sitting virtually on the edge of one of the 3 stocked ponds.
In the kitchen is every appliance you could ever want, including a KitchenAid mixer, Toaster Oven, Ninja Blender and Smoothie maker, automatic coffee pot, and of course, all the regular things you have at home. Loads of dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and spices for any feast. We promise, we are cooks, so everything you need to prepare, serve and store your meals is there. The whole house is equipped with flat screen TV’s in every room, even a 50” in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a terrific king size bed and a Futon that folds out into a full size bed. Your own private computer desk with a brand new Gateway computer with an "Emerald Breeze" guest log in, for clearing up any forgotten loose ends at home. Master bath boasts a large separate shower and garden tub, twin bowls and plenty of towels. Master bedroom also has its own private balcony overlooking the lovely pond just a mere 5 feet away. Oh, and did I mention a 50” flat screen.
The 2nd bedroom has a brand new full over full bunk bed, completely redecorated in beautiful colors. It also has its own small, but private deck, overlooking the pool and boardwalk to the beach. The 2nd bath has a shower/tub combination. A nice size living room with a foldout queen sofa bed (for extra guests) services the main floor.
The living room is equipped with a 39” flat screen, Brand new Blue Ray/DVD player, Nintendo Wii with 2 controllers, WiFi internet, Digital phone service with free nationwide long distance, and Digital cable HDTV service.
The Rear deck overlooks the pond that is just 5 feet away, with table and chairs, a New Gas Grill and some room and privacy to relax.
Upstairs is the Laundry Center with baskets and detergent. A linen closet with all the sheets, bed linens and towels for the whole gang to use is tucked away upstairs also. Oh, and before I forget, an AWESOME outside private shower!!!

We also include the 6 Beach/Camping Chairs, plenty of Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, a Beach Umbrella with screw in base, Sand toys and pool toys so you don’t have to bring so much.
The Barrier Dunes community has 2 beautiful Pools. One overlooking the beach, nestled in with the clubhouse and one in the middle of the community. It has 3 beautiful stocked ponds that are loaded with Bass and the biggest blue gills you have ever seen in your life. Also there is a very nice playground for the little ones. The whole grounds resemble a park like setting.
Lets talk about bringing your boat!!!!!!!!!
If you love to boat, fish, and sight see, this vacation paradise has it ALL.
Dropping your boat in the blue waters of the bay instantly opens up endless opportunities. You can start fishing 200 feet from the boat launch and enjoy grass flats loaded with Sea Trout, Flounder, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel and other tasty Florida species. Or go out another 1/2 mile in the middle of the bay and anchor your boat on one of the 100's of tidal sand flats and observe Sand Dollars, sea urchins, crabs, starfish, sea horses, sting rays, bay scallops, hermit crabs, horse conchs and loads of other species in their natural environment. The bay is a ecological wonderland packed full of wildlife and diversity.
You can literally beach your boat and step foot on the sand where no one has stepped in days or weeks. Its like you own the beach. There is where the shell collecting begins and maybe never ends. Also a good spot to throw a line in the water for the beach cruising Bull Red's, Pompano, Mackerel and Kings. The bay is also loaded with bottlenose dolphin with pods all over the place. They are not too shy and usually get close enough for great pictures and lots of squeals from the kids on board. Hold your ears if there are babies in the pod. They are so cute you can't stand it. If you ever can get your family back to the harbor, they have two excellent fish cleaning stations right at the dock.
The Barrier Dunes boat parking is just 300 feet away from your front door. It is well lighted and very safe and secure. There is also a fresh water wash out station for your boat right there.
