There is a large outdoor garden area with sun loungers, barbecue, thatched umbrellas and a small heather porch with chairs and tables. The swimming pool is totally private and for the exclusive use of this property.

It is located near the commercial area El Colorado where you can find supermarkets, stores and restaurants.

The nearest beach is less than eight minutes by car, Roche beach and its coves belong to the municipality of Conil de la Frontera; also nearby is the Puerco beach, located in the area of Novo Sancti Petri.
