The villa has its own large private pool, enclosed walled garden, BBQ and garden furniture beside the pool to relax. Sun-beds with cushions and umbrellas are also available for poolside relaxation. It is situated close to the edge of the pine forest and set against the eye catching backdrop of the mountain. Would suit families or couples with friends will sleep 8 comfortably can be more With the single folding beds.
The Aqua park, horse riding, go carting, shops and many bars & restaurants (offering free drop off) are conveniently located within walking distance. Alternatively use the free shuttle to and from the Orka Hotel and the Blue lagoon private beach. The market town of Fethiye is close by and the new Seki Ski Resort is only one hour away. There is numerous amount of activities to do in the local area such as, Scuba diving, Quad Biking, Jeep Safaris, Horse riding, Boat trips to islands, Paragliding and parasailing from the mountain Baba Dag as well as the beautiful beach at Oludeniz or a day trip to Rhodes island, 90Mins by Ferry. Spend a day in Rhodes island & enjoy all of its warm welcoming history All in a day. The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region: Fethiye is located in the south west Mediterranean region of Turkey. Dalaman International Airport is just 50km from the villa and Fethiye has a large bus terminus connected to all major Turkish hubs. During the tourist season you can find many flights from major all European cities to Dalaman including (EasyJet, TUI, Corendon Airlines, BA, Jet2,) besides the domestic & international flights throughout the year by Turkish Airlines and FlyPegasus. Family members love & enjoy the villa. it's quite central location its convenience to travel to Marmaris (2hours), bodrum (2hours), Antalya (3hours), pammukale (3.5hours), Kas (1hours), Fethiye (10mins) & more. Leave early morning & return early evening.
Paragliding:
Ölüdeniz is also famous for its paragliding opportunities. It is regarded as one of the best places in the world to paraglide due to its unique panoramic views, and Mount Babadağ's exceptional height. Breathtaking panorama and stable weather conditions make launch site at Babadag Mountain the best in Europe.
Ultramarathon:
Since 2010, an international multiday trail running ultramarathon, called Lycian Way Ultramarathon, is held on the historical Lycian Way. The event runs eastward on a route of around 220–240 km (140–150 mi) from Ölüdeniz to Antalya in six days.

Ölüdeniz offers a variety of diving opportunities with regard to its crystal clear waters and rich underwater caves and fauna. Scuba diving is the most popular underwater activity.
