Villa Estia lleva el nombre de la diosa griega de la casa y hogar. Villa Estia es su hogar lejos de casa y le ofrece una villa privada independiente con su propia piscina para su uso. Hay grandes terrazas al aire libre para relajarse y comer y si le gusta la aventura no es la barbacoa tradicional griega para disfrutar un poco de cocina al aire libre de los peces local o incluso Cordero! La villa se ofrece para 5 personas en dos habitaciones dobles y una habitación individual. Es perfecto para parejas o una familia. Hay jardines para disfrutar. Villa Estia está cerca el secreto mejor guardado en Rodas - Playa Afandou - que nunca es lleno de gente y está a poca distancia (20 minutos). El pueblo de Kolymbia ofrece tiendas, restaurantes y un spa para masajes y tratamientos. Villa Estia se encuentra a 25 minutos del aeropuerto, la histórica ciudad de Rodas y el tradicional pueblo de Lindos, con sus antiguas Acrópolis. También está cerca de los valles de Seven Springs y las mariposas.

Little taste of luxury

Lovely stay in a beautiful villa. Great location and super easy access to lovely local beaches. Everything you need to hand and Caroline is a great host and super helpful with any queries we had. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Great location quiet but well within reach of numerous activities. Definitely need a car and Panos is superb for this.

We stumbled upon this property on a last minute search, and so glad we did! The villa is well kitted out, with beautiful views over the sea. You’ll need a car, but everything is then within an easy drive. We loved Anthony Quinn Bay and St. Paul’s Bay down at Lindos.

Perfect for our family holiday!

This property was the perfect place for our recent holiday with my two children under age 10, my husband and I, and a set of grandparents. The Villa is immaculate and perfectly positioned to easily explore the East Coast of Rhodes. It’s also well outfitted with everything you need, from extra beach towels to plentiful hangars. Caroline was amazing- from a robust list of recommendations to being incredibly responsive, you could not ask for a better host. If I was forced to find any fault my husband is 6’5 and both beds are doubles. It was a snug fit!

Fantastic Villa

Villa & pool were lovely with great views in a relaxing setting. Villa was very clean, modern & comfortable. Everything we needed available including extras like books, Dvds etc for both kids & adults . Nice breeze especially in evening. Caroline & family were very accommodating & helpful with any queries we had prior to & on arrival. Caroline recommended using mycar hire in town they were brilliant, car ready to collect on arrival at airport. Personally for us car hire was essential as a bit of a walk to town & beaches in very hot temperatures with children. Went to Rhodes Old Town, Lindos Acropolis & 2 local beaches in Afandou & Tsambika all worth a visit. Kolymbia has plenty of restaurants & shops our favourites being Nikos, Carussel & Taverna Michel. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone travelling to Rhodes. Thank you Caroline & family for letting us stay in your villa.

Superb villa

On arriving at the villa Estia, the thing we admired the most was the beautiful sea views. From watching an early morning sunrise over the sea to evenings sat out at the front of the villa for a sunset over the mountains. Villa Estia had everything we needed to enjoy a first class holiday from here. Car hire is a must though.

The most relaxing holiday with the kids in years!

Hugely recommend this delightful villa, a real home from home feel and clearly a much-loved destination for the owners. The beautiful afternoon breeze wafts up from the nearby sea, making it a wonderful place to relax right from the day we arrived. Our 10-year-old rode horses on the beach every day through a lovely local family that were incredibly kind. The girls also jet-skied and bodysurfed but then loved chilling by the villa’s irresistible pool in the afternoons. We cooked BBQs most evenings but also ate out at some fantastic places down the road. We are already booking for next year because it really was the perfect spot on what felt like the most friendly island in the Med!

Traumhafte Lage und wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist für vier Erwachsene perfekt. Man ist dort oben sehr für sich. Wer mehr Aktion abenda haben möchte, muss auf jeden Fall einbeziehen, dass man fahren muss. Wer Einsamkeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Rhodos.

Very nice stay in villa Estia

Villa Estia is located on the top of the hill dominating the sea and the nice Kolympia resort reachable by foot in 25 minutes. It is perfectly located to visit Rhodes being midway between Rhodes city and Lindos, the main Rhodes cities. The house is well equipped including the terrace and nice pool. Caroline, the owner was very reactive towards our small requests. Staying the first half of September, we did experiment perfect weather with day air temperature above 30 deg., (nights above 26) and sea water close to 30 deg. We really recommend Villa Estia.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa Estia sehr genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Schön für eine Ferienwohnung ist die Backröhre (in welcher wir einen guten Geburtstagskuchen zaubern konnten, weil sogar eine Backform da war) und die Waschmaschine. Der Pool ist das Highlight. Rhodos im Sommer mit so wenigen Touristen war sehr angenehm. Danke auch für die sehr freundliche und rasche Kommunikation mit Caroline.

Very relaxing

A relaxing place to come back after a day at the sea. The house (not so simple to find it first time), was well positioned, near to supermarket. Caroline was very helpful, she gave us all the information we need. Swimming pool very clean, fantastic for out childs.

Sehr schöne Villa

Die Villa war in sehr sauberen Zustand und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Caroline war exzellent - unproblematische Übergabe sowie viele Tipps zum Haus und zur Umgebung (besonders die Restaurants) und eine schnelle Lösung für ein kleines technisches Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen (wobei wir das Riesen-Glück hatten, das die sehr nahen Nachbarhäuser nicht belegt waren - so war ein wirklicher "Privat-Pool" zu nutzen). Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen !

Traumhafte Lage, schöne Villa

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage, es ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt! Es liegt eingebettet zwischen zwei anderen gleich gebauten Häusern, aber Villa Estia hat uns von der Anlage mit Garten u. Pool am besten gefallen! Es ist ein Traum, sich von der Morgensone wecken zu lassen oder auf der schönen Terrasse zu sitzen u. den Blick zu genießen! Der Grill ist komfortabel und wir haben ihn gut genutzt - und damit einige Nachbarkatzen angelockt! TV für uns leider nicht nutzbar, da nur griech. und engl. Sender gehen! Caroline ist sehr nett u. hat bei einem Problem versucht, uns schnellstmöglich zu helfen. Jedoch wäre ein direkter Ansprechpartner vor Ort hilfreich. Ausflugsziele sind alle in einer halben bis max. 1 Stunde erreichbar. Wir können die Villa sehr gerne weiterempfehlen und hoffen, bald einmal wiederkommen zu können!

Bedankt voor uw vriendelijke opmerkingen. We raden altijd een huurauto aan om overal te komen en alle individuele stranden en dorpen in de buurt te bezoeken. We kunnen een lokaal autoverhuurbedrijf voor u aanbevelen. Thank you for your kind comments. We would always recommend a hire car for getting around and to be able to visit all the individual beaches and villages nearby. We can recommend a local car hire company for you.

Beautiful setting and obviously a much loved holiday home

After arriving after midnight and driving our hire car to the villa, we were relieved to find our requested provisions ready for us to make a cuppa! The villa was wonderful and we wish we could have stayed longer. Caroline's advice about a car were accurate - it was so hot when we stayed it would have been an unpleasant walk to the village or beach. It also meant we could visit Tsampika Beach, Lindos very easily - highly recommend both. MyCar hire in Kolymbia was her commended company and it worked a dream.with Panos very straightforward to deal with. Villa was exactly as described - would not hesitate to return and really hope to soon.

Beautiful villa with view

Lovely spacious villa. There were 5 adults and it did not feel cramped. Clean and well equipped, Nice position out of the way so quiet, but near enough to walk down to village, with the return taxi (its uphill) just 5 euros. Beautiful views from garden and balconies, and if u get up early enough a wonderful sunrise. We were lucky enough to experience a dry lightning storm while we were there. Now that is something to behold. Would recommend this villa to anyone. We hired a car, but it probably isn't really necessary. Its just that car hire is so cheap, once you take into account the taxi fares and convenience you may as well do so. Lots of good eating houses in town (Kolymbia). Near to beaches. All in all near enough perfect. Hope to return.

June 2015 - Chilling out Holiday

The villa was immaculate and it has everything you can possibly need for a perfect holiday. We have already recommended the villa to friends we met up with Afandou and would definitely book this villa again. It has great views and the breeze helps in the hot sun! The buses to Rhodes Town and Lindos were very regular and although we had a hire car it is a great base to visit the rest of the Island.

I have been a visitor to the beautiful island of Rhodes since 2001 and bought Villa Estia as a holiday home. I hope very much that you enjoy it as much as I do. I still try to visit the island as many times as I can and have never tired of the island, the beaches, the amazing restaurants and the people.

I have lots of good tips to share with you and can point you in the right direction for hire cars, restaurants, beaches and days out - your very own tour guide before you have even arrived.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I looked at lots of homes before falling in love with Villa Estia. It was the location and the views that did it for me. The Villa is detached and has its own pool so it incredibly private. It has amazing sea views from the pool and terrace and the from the front of the property you look inward to the mountains.

The Villa has recently undergone extensive upgrading to all floors, terraces, bathrooms and bedrooms. We've added a third double bedroom, second bathroom and outside shower for your convenience.

The Villa is close enough to all the local amenities and the amazing beach at Afandou (a real hidden treasure) and the pretty bay of Kolymbia. You can relax in the privacy of your own home as well as venturing out for restaurants and beaches.

The Villa will be exclusively yours to enjoy. There are three double bedrooms, two with amazing sea veiws and one with views inland and over the mountains. You have everything you need and it will feel like a home from home.

It is within easy reach from the airport and is half way between historic Rhodes Town and the beautiful village of Lindos. Also close by is Seven Springs and the Butterfly Valley.
