Un nouvel ajout au portefeuille Benicabo Gestion immobilière appartenant à leur fils. Cet appartement 1 chambre avec vue spectaculaire sur Benidorm, la mer et montagne a été entièrement rénové à un niveau élevé. Détendez-vous dans le confortable salon ou se détendre sur la terrasse lumineuse et ensoleillée. Le bloc appartement a sa propre fermée zone de la piscine permettant aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité pendant que les parents bronzer. Pour la jeune génération, la vie nocturne est juste un moment à pied autour du coin, mais loin encore assez loin pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Toutes les commodités sont seulement des moments à pied.

Un sitio bastante cómodo y bien situado

A pesar de tener solo una habitación, se puede estar más o menos cómodo 4 personas, si no te importa quedarte sin el salón, y montar y desmontar el sofá cama cada día. La ventaja de tener un aparcamiento para el coche es muy de valorar. Tiene sillas de playa, sombrilla,... Le falta aire acondicionado aunque nosotros no lo hemos necesitado en Semana Santa, en verano...uff Por lo demás todo bien, justito de espacio para 4, pero a un precio razonable

A fantastic apartment!

Stayed here over Xmas and new year. The apartment I'd modern, spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for a SC holiday in the heart of Benidorm's new town. The complex is securely locked and accessed via a gate and a locked front door. The apartment is in the 18 th floor hosting great views out all around towards the sea and mountains. In the tower block most are private rentals so the horror stories that you read refer to the handful of apartments that are still let by the management company not privately owned. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, we were greeted by Alistair who explained everything that we needed to know when we arrived. Thanks

Recently modernised, there is a large south facing balcony which gets the sun all day. Ali and Shazz are always available and provide prompt attention when required.Have been satisfied with Ali's accomodation for last 5 years,looking forward to next year.

Clean, spacious and close to everything, but far enough away to avoid the noise

I wouldn't book with anyone else as I always get the best service where nothing is too much trouble and he goes out of his way to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Lovely Apartment

This was a lovely Apartment which has everything you require. We were met by Alistair and shown around the Apartment. There was a nice big balcony which got the sun all day. The apartment is close to lots of nice bars. I would recommend this apartment for anyone.

Great apartment and excellent location

The apartment was on the 18th floor accessed by three lifts. It has a secure car park which was useful as we had a hire car and a secure entrance to the apartment block. It is literally across the road from the open air market but this was not an issue. It is less than 10 mins walk from the main bars and " strip " with other quieter bars and restaurants nearby. Benidorm Palace is 15 mins walk away in an area with other bars and restaurants. The beach is about 10 mins walk away. The apartment has everything you will need, is very modern and comfortable and has a large balcony with the sun on it all day. There is plenty of outside seating with excellent views of Benidorm and a perfect place to relax with a drink or food. The TV had limited British channels but was due to be improved and wi-fi installed on the day of our departure. We were met on our arrival by Alistair and Mikey who gave us a warm welcome and showed us around and gave us some local information. Highly recommended !

Great modern apartment with excelent views

This apartment is really lovely, it has been refurnished to a very high standard. Alistair who owns the apartment was there to great and is only a call away. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was that it had no internet which Alistair says he is looking into putting in. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks Ali for also arranging the transport to and from the airport made it really easy.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment has clearly been renovated to a very high standard recently. It is extremely comfortable and clean, with everything one could ask for. Alistair was very helpful before we arrived, and was there to welcome us and show us around. The apartment building is right opposite the outdoor market, yet we were not disturbed by this in the morning. The location is good for places to eat and drink etc, yet quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.

Excellent apartment in prime location

The apartment was excellent, extremely clean and well maintained, all modern facilities cooker,fridge ,shower /bathroom etc etc, lovely views from the balcony that has soft furnishings, its in a great location just 5 minutes walk from quiet bars or to the main square which is lively, owner is available to give advice anytime, i will def be going back here again 😎😎
