Villa Mazeri es una villa de estilo español con una sorprendente arquitectura y estructura de diseño. Está perfectamente ubicado en una zona apartada del cabo Greco entre Protaras y Ayia Napa.

Esta villa de 5 dormitorios está situada en una gran parcela de tierra rodeada de uno de los jardines más bellos de la zona y cuenta con una gran piscina privada de 13m x 7m, amplia terraza cubierta al aire libre con un bar y una mesa de comedor. Te encantarán los jardines privados maduros y atractivos.

Dormitorio 3: 1 habitación doble con baño privado y vestidor (capacidad para 2 personas)

Una cuna también está disponible bajo petición.

A perfect family getaway

A wonderful place! There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space, the pool was great and cleaned twice a week. 10 minutes walk to a shop or restaurant. 20 minutes walk to the beach, which was amazing.

Magical Villa!

The Villa was absolutely magical!!!!. We stayed for a week and the place is great for both party and familly trips. Walking distance from local beach, restaurant and supermarket.We will definately come and stay again! The owner was also always available to communicate with us.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub in der Villa. Wir waren 6 Erw. und 3 Kinder. Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Der Pool ist wahnsinnig groß! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos. Die Lage für uns super! Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen.

Absolutely perfect. Stunning villa in quiet private location. Close to two main resorts. Nothing negative to say at all. Just a beautiful place, peaceful holiday, exquisite villa. You will need a car and I would suggest shopping at Metro supermarket in Paralimini as so much better than Lidl for choice and price. You are not in the town but can get in easily by car or taxi. We preferred this quiet location. You also must go to Greco Coffee shop and bakery, Walking distance from the villa.

Great pool

Overall we had a great time. The pool and outside space was great. The bedrooms were comfortable. The living room and kitchen did not have A/C which we knew about, but it was very hot there! The house had some minor issues but the owners were very responsive and took care of everything.

We spent 3 nights here at this beautiful property. Stunning gardens and swimming pool and bbq area.

Renting was extremely simple. Elena was fantastic and very welcoming Nothing was too much trouble Gorgeous villa with fab garden area and swimming pool. Thoroughly recommend this villa and would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful villa

The villa is beautiful. The gardens & pool are superb. Our service from Elena & her representatives was prompt & very attentive. It is set in a quiet area but is close to most of the amenities we needed. A little pricy but I think it was worthwhile to pay that bit extra.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was spotless, stylish and full of light. We enjoyed the views over the garden in the morning whilst we had breakfast and planned our days! The location was excellent, walking distance to the beach!

Stag Party booking

We booked the villa through a recommendation from a friend for a Stag party and we were not disappointed. The villa itself is well maintained and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was surprisingly spacious and deep enough for a decent swim. In terms of location, it is a short 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and a 15 minute drive into Ayia Napa centre- close enough that it doesn't cost a lot in taxis and far enough away that it feels as though you have your own little paradise outside of the chaos of the centre. The whole party were impressed with the villa and I would easily return there for a holiday again!

I visit El's villa almost every year! Everything is great - the location the interior the garden! We simply love. Walking distance from the beach and local restaurants and supermarket. Very close from the center of Ayia Napa!

A perfect little get away

Elena has to been amazing from the moment we enquired about the property right through to checking out. The villa is just beautiful and the area is very quiet. There is a little shop and access to the beach about 10minutes from the villa but a car would give you more flexibility to get around the island. We went out for a quiet hen party break and used the taxis service recommended to get us into the heart of Ayia Napa for the best night out ever. We fell in love with Cyprus and shall certainly be returning very soon!

just amazing

We've been meaning to find some time and write this review since getting back to the real world, because we created some good memories and appricited everything about this place. We didn't have to ask for anything. Although Elena made sure to inform us that she is awlays available, everything that we could possibly need was already thought of and provided to us. There were no suprises, no negative suprises at least. Everything is as described and even better. Luxurious is a term that gets thrown around a lot by agencies that like to 'surprise' you with a real dump when you arrive. A beautiful home with a private pool, classy, spacious. Short walk to the beach and close to amenities. In between protaras and Ayia napa, excellent location. Thank you!

Beautifull get-away, yet a home by the beach

We stayed a week at this beautiful quiet villa with a group of friends and everything was wonderful. The owner did an excellent job of supplying information about the island, maps and contacts for dining and excursions. Communication with her was always expeditious which gave us a feeling of assurance. The fully functional huge kitchen made it able for us to frequently cook at home and enjoy a glass of wine by the pool at full privacy. The interior of the villa is beautifully designed and spacious since we were a large group. Short nice walk to the beach makes it an excellent location without needing a car and avoiding the hustle of the parking since konnos beach (the nearest beach there) is one of the most famous beach amongst locals as well as tourists. What an amazing island and experience. Will definitely love to do this again same place same friends !!

An unforgettable experience

First of all (and very important), the owner (Elena) was fantastic and very accommodating. Location: excellent. Close to the beach (10 minutes on foot), to the city centre of Ayia Napa and Protaras, supermarket and shops (5 min by car). Very convenient. Property: felt like home, very cosy, relaxing. Extremely important for us that the house was renovated and clean. Very spacious, can comfortably host up to 10-12 people (we were 10). Relaxing by the swimming pool was pure enjoy, we felt like staying in was a better option! A true value for money offer. My friends and I highly recommend It!

Fantastic family-friendly villa

We went as a group of 3 families with small children (0-10 yrs) and the villa was perfect for this. There is plenty of outdoor space and the pool was massive, and warm even in November... the adults and kids loved it, and especially liked all the inflatables provided and the great social area with gas bbq. The garden and pool were very clean and well maintained. The indoor spaces were clean with lots of room for everyone, and again plenty of space to socialise. Elena was so helpful, even when we were completely lost when we arrived after a late flight she took all my calls with a very friendly and helpful attitude, despite it being close to midnight! The villa is a little way out of the resort but a 10 minute walk to Konnos bay and shorter walk to the bus stops with a great bus service to Protaras (smallish resort with lots of restaurants and bars) and Ayia Napa. I would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday or a group holiday, and can't thank Elena enough for her help!

Very Impressive Luxury villa

10 days - party consisting of 4 adults 3 teenagers and 2 children. Villa definitely in luxury bracket. Excellent layout with pictures NOT doing it justice. It was clean and the owner provided good customer service. I would highly recommend this property. You'll need to book if eating out Ravioli's Italian restaurant opposite the Grecian Park Hotel ( 5 mins walk) but also check out the steak house opposite the supermarket. Do visit the Waterpark by catching 102 bus. (by Grecian Park Hotel) transfer from airport no more than 45 mins. If driver can find the Grecian Park Hotel, he should be able to find the road ANGERONA and then turn 1st right and then 4th house on left

Amazing decoration

A very nice villa with minimal summer style design and which could comfortably accommodate my group of 12 friends. We really enjoyed the outdoors of the villa – the barbeque area, the pool and the garden. Also, the location was very good as it is max 10 minutes away from the center of Ayia Napa. It is also worth mentioning that the pool and the house were very clean and that the owner was very helpful during our stay. Also the internet and satellite connections were very good!

AMAZING VILLA!

We travelled to Cyprus with a group of 10 friends!!! The size of the villa was perfect for all of us and its decoration is amazing! We spent most of the time at the pool and enjoyed the amazing garden. Big thank you to the owners who were very helpful!!!! Definitely recommended!

Girly gathering pre wedding

Accommodation - stunning! Villa is set in a peaceful area off the main road with easy accessibility by car to ayia napa and protaras. Konnas bay less than 5 minutes away. The pool was fantastic. Outside eAting area beautiful, tranquil and lighting was great for evenings to be spent out by the pool eating al fresco! The villa was clean, well presented Nd everything we could have hopes for. 1 point to improve on... And only 1... It would benefit from a simple map and written directions on the website not only for the guests but also to help taxi drivers, food deliveries And anyone visiting the villa as it did become difficult to keep directing everyone individually in an unfamiliar area. 5***** overall! fantastic! An extra bonus star would be for the map and directions!

Brilliant villa, highly recommend

Myself and 8 friends stayed at this villa for one week in June this year. The location was brilliant easy to get into town but nice and quiet. The villa itself was extremely well presented and very clean, the pool was delightful as we're the bar areas and gardens! There were two couples in our party and 5 guys, we all had more than enough space and really enjoyed our time! We hired a couple of cars for the trip and would highly recommend that anybody visiting the villa hires a car it is vital to get around easily! Finally the villa owner is very helpful!
