Frontline Bungalow with Air-Conditioning, Communal Pool and Sea Views

Bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Note: The bungalow has been refurbished recently so the Photo's may not resemble photo's in advert. Property has a safe for the storage of valuables. Bathroom with wc, wash basin, walk-in shower. Additional wc and wash basin. Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances. British TV, Coin operated Air-conditioning, radio, Ironing board and iron. All bed linen and towels are provided, you will need to supply your own beach towels. The bungalow has extensive patios. There are enclosed patio areas with sunbeds,and garden furniture for a quite private relaxing day/evening enjoying the sea views. There is private parking. A favorite with regular visitors to the island of Lanzarote. The accommodation has an English speaking contact that resides in Puerto del Carmen therefore questions or queries can be easily and quickly resolved.

Villa was lovely and is very well located for bus stops and shops/bars/restaurants, right at the edge of the main strip. Patios at the front and rear that both get the sun, with plenty of seating, tables, and sun loungers. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Puerto Del Carmen but with the added benefit of quiet and privacy when you want it.

The bungalow is as advertised. A lovely location with a sea view near enough to the bars & restaurants but just on the outside so as to be quiet & relaxing. Everything is provided needed for a self catering holiday but, as previously said, near enough to amenities to eat out.Clean & well stocked. I enjoyed my early morning swim in the good sized, well kept pool.Would return when available.

Home from home by the sea

Outstanding location, right on the seafront but far enough away from the road to not be noisy. Access to pools at the rear along with patios front and back make for a relaxing stay. All facilities in the house were outstanding having been recently refurbished. 2 minutes from start of shops, bars and restaurants so really convenient. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect very comfortable with everything you need including private parking as a bonus only comment is that some maintenhance is needed as a number of floor tiles are loose inside and the outside wooden canopy leaks during rainy days otherwise a very nice place to relax which we have booked to return

Wonderful bungalow

We stayed for 17 nights in January. This bungalow is perfect as a home from home. It is clean, well equipped, close to all shops, bars and beach with a beautiful front and rear garden area. The pool area is also lovely and very quiet, no fighting for beds!.Wifi was excellent, there is a full TV package (all UK TV channels plus sky, films, sport channels and more).The kitchen has full cooker and washing machine.We didn't want to go out every night so this bungalow was perfect for nights in, occasionally cooking for ourselves.No wonder it is so popular, we loved our stay there and will definitely stay there again when it is available.

Excellent 3rd Year Stay

As title suggests, it's our 3rd year staying at the bungalow, and it's superb. The location, so near to all the bars and restaurants, whilst being far enough away from the noise and hustle of the main street, makes it ideal for relaxing in the sun at the great terraces to the front and back, which are fully equipped with outside furniture. Great for al fresco dining as well.The sea is right on your doorstep across the road and beaches very close by. Trish, the owner's agent, is always available, if needed, and comminication with Eddie, the owner, is always first class. The oroof is we've booked it again for next year!

Perfect getaway

After waiting nearly two years due to Covid we finally made it to the Bungalow and it was even better than we hoped for.It has recently been renovated to a high standard and the bathroom is lovely.Many a G & T consumed on the spacious patios and the pool area is great too.Fab location on the beach and it was a pleasure to wash the pots looking at the sea!Eddie and Trish have been really helpful,especially allowing us to rearrange from last year and we really enjoyed our holiday thank you

Beachfront Beauty

Lovely wee beachfront bungalow. Sun all day on the terrace. Fantastic, clean, well equipped apartment. Pool access. Beach access. Close enough to the main strip to make eating out easy but far enough away that you get a great night sleep and can leave town very easily (by car, taxi or bus) to explore the island Everything you need for a long or short stay. Highly recommended.
