3 bedroom house in Little Haven, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Tranquil woodland setting. 5 min stroll to the stunning beach.
About Clive Anstey
Our family have been holidaying in Pembrokeshire for over 10 years and never tire of the beauty, variety and peace to be found here. It is truly an undiscovered gem where you can escape to the golden sandy beaches along quiet roads and yet all is within easy reach of the M4. As our children have grown they have graduated from exploring rock pools to enjoying the adrenalin rush of coasteering, surfing, riding and climbing. There really is something for everyone here.
Why Clive Anstey chose Little Haven
Summerhaven was designed and built on the site of a cedarwood chalet by local architects and building contractors and we completed our 'dream project' late in 2013. Summerhaven is now our 'home from home' and we are delighted to invite other families to come and discover the unspoilt and beautiful county of Pembrokeshire.
What makes this House unique
Little Haven is beautifully placed to explore Pembrokeshire. Nestled in the corner of St Brides's bay you have easy access to the whole county, including the matchless coastal path, whilst staying in the welcoming and well appointed village. Summerhaven offers a unique contemporary living space to relax in at the end of a busy day exploring.

Up in the tree toos
Beautifully designed house and very well equipped kitchen (frying pans could be renewed). Were told about the 49 steps but still found carrying suitcases and shopping up them difficult. Were also told about no towels being provided which we found unusual. Unfortunately the Wifi didnt work all week. Very comfortable beds but not much hanging space in cupboards and good that we brought some hangers with us. Clive being in London cannot see that the standard of. cöeanliness could be improved . Windows and some cupboards were dirty but cleaning girl very friendly. Bathrooms very good and loads of helpful information on the area. Enjoyed the tranquility there. Also a short walk to the beach and pubs. Tasteful decor.
A haven at Little Haven
We had a lovely week
The owners were very helpful
It was a beautiful modern house amongst the treetops
Beautiful location! Very quiet and relaxing
Dog friendly, leafy retreat in a small Welsh beach resort, 5 minute walk from the coastal footpath and in a popular surfing area. The property was gorgeous with limited outside space due to the plot position on a steep slope but a balcony running round the front elevation offered perfect place sunbathing, reading and bird watching. Lots to do for beach lovers and walkers and close to Tenby and St David's. Evenings in were a pleasure with a well planned kitchen and generous family living space
An exceptionally beautiful home and place
The property is beautifully situated up on a hill, overlooking the valley, and a short walk from the village center and the coastal path. It is spacious and well equipped. We loved the large kitchen and family room area, leading to the small balcony where we sat to drink coffee. We enjoyed our stay exploring Littlehaven and its surrounding countryside and liked coming back to this aerie retreat.
Beautifully designed property within a short walk of Little Haven
This property is very unique and sits high in the trees with stunning floor to ceiling windows. The peace and tranquility is second to none. It’s kitted out with everything you could need. However new mattresses wouldn’t go a miss. Perfect location on the outskirts of little haven, which is a short pleasant walk downhill. Had a lovely time and would recommend to others
Breathtakingly well designed accomodation
Wowed out by clever use of the position. Hats off to Clive for executing this build! Loved the progress book. Incredibly warm house and in a fabulous location. Steps are an aerobic workout but hey more chips at the Swan Inn. Always appreciate being allowed to take our dogs with us, big thank you.
Thank you for your comments. We don't charge extra for the health benefit of the steps. Glad you enjoyed your stay.
Little Haven beach is sandy and safe. At low tide the beach joins with neighbouring Broad Haven's Blue Flag beach by almost a mile of golden sand. Life guards are stationed on Broad Haven during the summer months. Rockpools have a huge variety of small sea creatures to discover and the beach is great for safe surf activities and swimming.
Haverfordwest: 5 miles
St David's: 15 miles
Whilst Little Haven is tucked away in St Bride's bay it is easy to reach the bustling shopping centres in Haverfordwest, Tenby and St David's where supermarkets, galleries, farmers markets and seasonal events may be found.
