Hacienda Punta Piedra is your own private ocean front retreat. It’s a 6,000 sq. ft. architectural master piece located in a quiet gated community between Rosarito Beach and Ensenada.

Enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets. If you are an early riser, watch the dolphins and sea lions frolicking in the Baja Ocean. In the evenings, enjoy a romantic dinner with friends on your spacious patio or formal dining room with full view of the ocean air. There are also many great options to enjoy a night on the town in nearby Rosarito Beach or Ensenada.

Whether you are looking for a family & friends getaway or a romantic tranquil setting, Hacienda Punta Piedra is your private piece of Baja.

• VIP Ocean front master suite with sitting room, and walk-in closet
• Three additional bedrooms with double doors to large balcony and facing view of ocean. One has a private bathroom and two share a bathroom.
• One additional bedroom is located downstairs. Originally intended as service quarters and converted to a bedroom. It has two twin beds but NO VIEW to the outside. Full bathroom is adjacent.
• Formal dining room (seats 10-12)

• Fully equipped kitchen

Amazing Property!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The private beach within the gated community was stunning, and the home was spotless and incredibly spacious-perfect for our group. Two of the highlights are to utilize breakfast service and private chauffeur, we were treated with VIP service. The only downside was the hot tub wasn’t available during our stay, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We hope to rent the wonderful property again in the future!

Our family and friends who joined us at this the home away from home all agreed HPP was everything and more! Perfectly located with so much to do on the Baja coast. We didn't want to leave!

The best ever!

The Hacienda Punta Piedra was even more beautiful than the pictures! The most beautiful beach ever is right in the back yard! Elena was super helpful and quick to respond. Tere made us a Mexican breakfast one morning and it was fantastic! The location made it easy to visit Ensenada and Valle de Guadelupe. Can't wait to return!

Amazing Villa

This property is Beautiful! It sleeps 10 comfortably, and everyone is not on top of each other. There's plenty of room for the group to move around in the Villa, and not be in each others way. The ocean views are Amazing. The Main Suite is plain Dope! I loved it. Every one in my Group was impressed with the layout and the Cook who made breakfast for us. Straight Bomb! I will definitely book this listing again, the next time we travel to the Ensenada area.

Spur of the Moment!

I decided on a whim to drive to Mexico for my birthday. I stayed at Hacienda Punta Piedra. Very easy drive from San Diego down the Autopista. Neighborhood and home are easy to find. Home is located in a gated community. Guarded access only. Home is lovely and spacious. Beautiful views, functional kitchen, lovely appointments. I brought my dog and I think he had a great time! I did use Teresa (chef) and she was amazing! Highly recommend this property.

Liked everything about the house, but I think it would be to your benefit to fix the showers, they looked very much used. They were clean but it didn’t look like it because of the lack of upkeep

Amazing and Relaxing stay

The pictures online did not lie. The home flows very well, it has an amazing view and room for everybody. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need and then some. We liked the extra attention to detail, like having ice and water ready. Everything was very clean and easy to use. The beach is only a 5-minute walk through an oceanfront cement pathway, making it easy to take your beach stuff. You have several internet extenders making wifi available throughout and even outside.

Relaxing and beautiful

The hacienda is perfect for a big group with many different spaces some big enough for the whole group and some some smaller ones that can provide privacy when needed. The view is nothing short of amazing with a covered porch right in front of the ocean. We enjoyed our walks on the malecón (stone-built walkway next to the ocean), sitting at night around the bonfire to watch stars and reminisce about good times, and relaxing on the jacuzzi. The architecture of the hacienda reminds you that you are in México and transports you to a simpler time, although all modern amenities are present including internet and appliances. If you are looking for a place to decompress from the daily stresses of life and reconnect with friends and family in a very comfortable and secure ( gated community with 24 hours security) setting, I highly recommend Hacienda Punta Piedra !!

What an incredible place to stay! Elena was wonderful to work with and was easy to get ahold of. She even sent me a video of her crossing the border to help ease my fears :-) The home is spacious, clean, well cared for, and decorated so beautifully. We had our own private beach out back and all we needed to accommodate a family of 10! We hired Tere to cook for us for three days and was never disappointed! She is an incredible cook, super friendly and she catered to our every desire! Do yourself a favor and hire her! Our family enjoyed every minute of the stay, always felt safe and we are excited to go back one day. Thanks so much, Elena, we appreciate the thoughtfulness and care you put into your home!

Amazing Home

Hacienda Punta Piedra is an incredible home. Immaculate, homey, but also elegant. Each of the 4 upstairs bedrooms have gorgeous white water views and the Master has a large picture window to take it all in! The ladies in our group enjoyed sitting in the study and talking while the guys watched something on DirectTV. We spent our evenings around the oceanfront firepit, making s'mores and laughing/talking. This is the most incredible home I have ever stayed in--from Greece to Paris to Copenhagen to Puerto Rico...this is the BEST! The owner, Elena was very easy to get in touch with and so accomodating and kind. I will definately book this home again.

Excellent house and location

We spent a week at Hacienda Punta Piedra. The community feels very safe with a guard shack and plenty of security all day and night. The views from the backyard were incredible. House is exactly as depicted in pictures. Can't wait to stay again.

Why they chose this property

My mother built this custom house and our family has enjoyed it for many years. It sits on a beachfront lot inside a gated community near La Mision, on the toll-road between Tijuana and Ensenada. We wish to share this beautiful hacienda with others so they can enjoy the house amenities and the splendor of the Pacific ocean in Baja California.

What makes this property unique

The location offers mild weather and magnificent views of the Pacific ocean anytime of the year.
During spring and summer the marine layer burns off late morning/early afternoon giving way to clear skies with mild temperatures. In the fall and winter the sky is clear most of the day, and the high tides create a magical display of water splashing on the rocks. You may experience some showers late winter and early spring. You can walk on the rocks directly outside the backyard and view tide pools. The sunsets are mesmerizing anytime of the year. December through March you may see California Gray whales making their journey between Alaska and the Sea of Cortez.
