About Clive and Angela Nixon
We live about 100 yards up the road on a sheep farm with our 18 year old Son. Bevan House is a delightful detached property with it's own hot tub, which is clean and ready to use all year. The house can sleep up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms with a family bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs. We love Bevan House because it is a lovely warm house with stunning views across the Edw Valley. It is so peaceful and quiet although you are still able to walk to the local pub for an evening meal if you don't want to cook yourself.
Clive and Angela Nixon purchased this House in 2010

Wonderful weekend away
The first three of our group received a wonderful warm welcome from Angela on their arrival and were already enjoying the hot-tub by the time the rest of us arrived. It's a house you'll quickly feel at home in, as every where's well equipped. Our aim was to celebrate a friend's 50th B'day and we all had a wonderful weekend. Planning our next stay already during the winter months as the log burner was a bonus. The local pub did a fab Sunday carvery but also served plenty of other meals. Well worth a visit.
Thank you for coming to stay and for the wonderful review - look forward to seeing you again soon.
lovely people, lovely place, lovely area.
Thanks for your review and congratulations on your man v horse times. Hope to see you again in the future either at Bevan House or one of the new lodges.

Thanks for coming to stay and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.
The property was fairly clean and had all the necessary mode cons you would expect.
We had a lovely short break at this property. We really enjoyed our stay there as we had a lot of peace and quite as the property is quite isolated. This allowed us to have lots of rest. We also enjoyed our short bike rides and the barbeque. A relaxing afternoon in the hot tub was just the icing on the cake. We found Angela and Clive the property owners to be very approachable and helpful, as they so willingly came to our rescue with the barbeque when we couldn't get the fire going. We would recommend this place to anyone with kids or even without.
Beautiful and so quiet
Love this place and will come back again. Hot tub, Wi-fi (for those who need contact with the outside world) seclusion, a perfect get away from the rat race place! The nearby pub does lovely food and it’s all at a good price.
Thanks for coming to stay and for leaving the house so clean and tidy. Look forward to seeing you again soon. Angela
Fantastic cottage in the perfect location
This was a lovely little gem. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay - there was even milk, tea, coffee and bread! The views were far reaching and there was a pub just down the road. There were plenty of toys and dvds for the kids and a cracking hot tub which had been cleaned prior to us getting there. Would recommend and Angela gave us a quick thorough, non intrusive tour of the place before leaving us to it. If you’re out this way then I would give this place a look up. Thank you guys! We’d come again!
Thanks for the review and we would love to have you to stay again. We know how important the hot tub is to our guests so we pride ourselves in keeping this clean. See you again soon, hopefully. Angela
