Location, Location, Location! This beautiful townhome, professionally decorated in a West Indies Theme, is literally just 30 steps from the gorgeous sugar white sand and crystal clear waters of Seagrove Beach. There's a gorgeous view from almost every room in the unit (living room, dining room, kitchen & master bedroom). The townhome offers 2 covered balconies, one off the main living area and the other off the master suite, both with tables and chairs where you'll enjoy morning coffee, afternoon refreshments and fantastic sunset views! Unlike most units at Walton Dunes, this townhome directly faces West, so you'll enjoy the most beautiful, unobstructed sunsets this area has to offer. Stay in bed, kick back on the sofa or sit on one of the balconies and watch the dolphins play, the sun glistening off the ocean and boats go by.
With a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 6. This is a Non-smoking property and pets are not permitted.
This 2 bedroom townhome offers all the amenities you deserve & expect, with the privacy you need on a vacation (located in a building with only 6 units and privacy screening between each unit). Our recent make-over includes top-of-the-line furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the conveniences of home (full size Refrigerator/Freezer w/ice maker, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster, dishwasher, all pots, pans, dishware & utensils provided...even a crock pot), separate dining room, hardwood floors on the main level & carpeted floors in the bedrooms. The bathrooms have ceramic tile floors, granite vanities and upgraded fixtures. The living room has a large 40' HDTV with DVD player and cable TV in both bedrooms. A full size washer/dryer and free High Speed Wireless Internet are included and central A/C with ceiling fans in each room will make your stay comfortable.
Be sure to pack lightly because we provide, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, boogie boards, sand toys and even beach towels.
When you return from the beach, you'll find a convenient outside shower located in your private carport, which has covered parking for 2 vehicles.
Spend the day swimming, looking for shells, fishing, reading a good book or simply sit back and watch the waves roll in while you relax in the sun. This townhouse features stunning gulf views, the most gorgeous sunsets you'll ever see and stars, stars, stars. The night sky is so clear and free from city lights, you'll see hundreds of constellations and even the Milky Way! Hop on the 26 mile bike path and explore all that The Beaches of South Walton has to offer. Our townhome is located just 4 miles east of Seaside, where you'll find quaint shopping, art galleries, one of a kind local boutiques and excellent restaurants from deli to fine dining. Pier Park, the new 900,000 square foot mega family entertainment complex is a short 15 minute drive. There you'll find a beautifully landscaped outdoor shopping mall with festive, colorful Caribbean architecture, containing national chain retailers along with unique locally owned boutiques and specialty stores. Located in this lifestyle complex is the best beach food and music at Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville, Reggae music and Island cuisine at Reggae J's Island Grill, live country music all day at Tootsies Orchid Lounge, trivia, food and non-stop sports at Buffalo Wild Wings and much more and many other well-known restaurants and smaller eateries. The kids and 'kids-at-heart' will love the Miracle Strip Amusement Park located adjacent to the16-screen movie theater (including one IMAX screen). Ready to play some golf? Just a 5 minute drive is Camp Creek Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio. Known for building courses that appeal to all levels, Tom Fazio is acclaimed for consulting with nature to bring out the best attributes of a site. Nowhere is that more evident that at Camp Creek, where he has shaped a pure golf experience accentuated by a significant wetland system.
Santa Rosa Golf Club is a short 10 minute drive to the West. The Tom Jackson designed course winds through pure white sands, pristine ponds and lush vegetation with two Gulf view holes. All 18 holes boast newly renovated Tiff-Eagle greens.
Serious shopping can be accomplished at Silver Sands Outlet Mall (a short 40 minute drive). Located in Destin and with over 100 designer names, Silver Sands is a shoppers paradise!
Just steps outside the door you can fish right off the beach and cook your catch for dinner (red fish, blue fish, Spanish mackerel, flounder, etc). Deep Sea Fishing trips, where you can catch grouper, snappers, mahi mahi, cobia etc. are available from both Destin, known as 'The World's Luckiest Fishing Village', and Panama City.

Wonderful Location and Condo!
We enjoyed our week stay at Walton Dunes #4 and did not want to leave. The condo was as promised and so relaxing. The privacy, location, and convenience made for a wonderful experience. Covered parking at your door is an added bonus especially when the humidity is high and the heat index is 100 plus. You are just steps away from the beach and the views from both balconies are fantastic. The addition of the Keurig coffee maker was a welcome surprise! Everything you need is supplied which means you can pack light. Can't wait to book our next visit to this unit!!
This was our 3rd stay at this location. It is fabulous. We love that there is no road to cross to get to the beach and the beaches are not too crowded due to a state park just to the East. It is perfect as there are also a multitude of activities within a short drive.
One of our FAVORITES!
We really enjoyed our time at Walton's Dunes! The townhouse has a great floor plan. Having the carport and storage area on the 1st floor was great. There was ample storage behind our vehicle in the carport area for our extras as well (cooler, rafts, etc.) so we didn't have to store them inside. The unit is very well appointed. We took Debi's advise and "packed light". We didn't miss a thing from home. The Publix store had all we needed and more. Note: "Pizza at the Beach" (next door to Publix) was a fun food stop before grocery shopping. We prepared breakfasts and lunches there in the fully stocked kitchen (the Keurig was a nice surprise, btw). We ate on the balcony & didn't set at the dining table once. The only negative I will say of the view is that the balcony pictures depict a rather clear view down the beach. This is not exactly the case. The second bldg of Walton's Dunes sits just to the right of the boardwalk, so it does limit the distance you can see down the beach. However, this would not change our desire to rent this unit again. The view straight out and the proximity to the sand and surf make this merely a side note. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. We cannot speak for the electronics or washer and dryer as we took a sabbatical from all of those...It. Was. Wonderful!! The boardwalk is literally steps away from the carport & the beach was not crowded. We took the provided beach chairs and umbrellas out in the morning before breakfast and always had a great spot. Note that the beach chairs are sturdy, of good quality, and comfortable enough for all day at the beach. (Normally when spending a long day, we opt to rent the "big comfy chairs".) We enjoyed shelling and found many Sand Dollars, too. We appreciated that there was a public access nearby because that meant that there was a tide flag to alert us of any concerns. We did have a day under Red & one under Purple. Even with the public access, the beach was less crowded than if we would have stayed in a high-rise and this was a family friendly crowd...so another plus for this quiet location. We love Surfside Beach. It's centrally located to all that we wanted to do...Pier Park, Gulf World, and the craziness of Panama City Beach to the east, and the more relaxed style of Seaside & Destin to the west. We enjoyed dining at Pompano Joe's, Bayou Bill's, the American Grill, & the Shrimp Shack. We even held an alligator at Bayou Bill's!
We can't wait to go back!!
Our family had a wonderful time in our townhouse at Seagrove. The townhouse had really everything we needed. We brought stuff with us but really didn't need it. It's Florida, so sometime during the day, it's probably going to rain. That's okay. You can still sit on the two patio's and enjoy the view of the beach. A brand new washer was even installed while we were there. Crew was probably in and out in 10 minutes. Debi was there to manage it all. We continued to cook dinner and hardly noticed the washers going up and down the stairs. Really a great unit. If you have two families (like we did), you can try to rent the one that is right beside this one at the same time. The kids loved going from one unit to the other unit. Overall an A+ experience!
One of the best locations along 30A!
I've spent my summers at Grayton Beach since birth, and it's remained my favorite beach due to the laid back atmosphere, but Seagrove is definitely my second favorite! I love the old school feel Seagrove has to offer and it's right in between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, so you could easily bike ride to either locations. This place was set back off 30A, which made it quite peaceful. The views of the sunset off the balcony are amazing!!! The kitchen has plenty of cookware and dishes. We didn't have any problems with maintenance so that was nice. Plus the beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys that are provided were a nice bonus! We'll definitely recommend this unit and book again for ourselves!
Great spot for family beach vacation
We've enjoyed vacationing on 30A for over 10 years and this was our first time staying next to the beach. The management company was easy to work with for booking and accommodation logistics. The home was great for our needs with two kids, age 6 and 4. We had quick beach access, full kitchen to make meals, great balcony view, and a relaxed environment. We definitely recommend this spot and hope to stay there again in the future!
