When we arrived at the property 1 of them A/C units was down which caused 3 floors of bedrooms, kitchen and living room space to be in the mid to high 80 degree temp. the property manager did what he could but it took the repair people several trips to finally get the house cool. I spoke to the property manager about some kind of refund/compensation for the 3 days of high heat and he said he was talking to the owner. I have heard nothing from them and feel that is not right or fair. therefore this would be considered a poor review.
Great home for family gathering
Wonderful home. Fantastic location. Enough room for everyone to spread out. Lots of fun things to do! Terrific vacation home!!!
Great house quite beach
The property was awesome. Arlan the property manager was great and always willing to help. Defiantly would go back again. Unfortunately the Red Tide came in and ruined the beach experience. We had a great time.
Beautiful view & accommodations. Kitchen we'll equipped for 12 people. Game room, pool, beach great
There was a nice porch to enjoy the Gulf & sunsets. Tv's in every bedroom helped keep kids happy. There were some problems with leaking water from upstairs ceiling, burnt out light bulbs by pool, & very noisy ceiling fan in bedroom. A real plus was the kitchen well stocked with spices & pots & pans to facilitate cooking. Overall an excellent choice when you need accommodations for a large group.
Wonderful property! Beautiful location!
The house was spacious and accommodated our family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. The pool was great and the beach spectacular!
Absolutely amazing beach home! Stunning!
We stayed for a week with our two little ones (3 and 5 years old) and five adults in total. This home is perfect for a group of this size. Everyone had plenty of room and all of us had our own bathrooms too which is great. The views from all balconies are simply stunning! The private beach area is terrific to build sand castles and take in the beauty of the ocean. The pool area is also amazing and so peaceful! There are plenty of beach towels and sand toys for the kids, and a grill for cooking out. Couldn’t ask for more! The home was extremely clean and well kept. We love everything about this beautiful place!!
