Hi Sara, Thank you for taking the time to review Stone Crest. I am glad that you were happy with many aspects of your stay. Regarding the travel insurance, I apologize for any miscommunication. We want to be 100% transparent with guests about that. We are required by the insurance company to include it on the contract so that we can show that it was offered to you in writing. Guests simply need to initial to decline it. This is a fairly standard procedure in the vacation rental industry. Hi Amanda! Thank you for your review! I'm glad that you enjoyed the house overall. It does look like we left several messages for you even while you were here. I do apologize that the hot tub wasn't working for your stay. It looks like we did replace a part before your arrival and it looks like another part went bad after that. Unfortunately, these are just like any other machine and can go down at any time without warning. I have spoken with our hot tub department and they said that the 2nd part fixed the issue and everything is up and running. I understand that you have since spoken with a member of our management staff. I would like to personally apologize for the series of unfortunate incidences that you experienced during your stay with us. We continually try to do our very best for all of our guests, but unfortunately, sometimes we do fall short. I do hope that you called the Taylor-Made office and we were able to come out quickly and correct some of these items for you including the cleaning. We area happy to do what we need to do to make our guests satisfied. I did get a report back that both the microwave and the dishwasher are in working order now, and the homeowner is working on getting the inside painted.
