Huge Home Built By Millwork Salesman
Ed & Pat Weir
About Ed & Pat Weir
Our parents built this as a retirement home in 1995. With seven children, their spouses and grandchildren, it needed to be large enough to accommodate everyone. Our dad was a millwork salesman and chose very carefully the materials that went into this home.
Ed & Pat Weir purchased this House in 1995
Why Ed & Pat Weir chose Eureka Springs
If you have a large family or want to entertain a group of guests, this house is perfect. The floor plan is such that you can have privacy if you want to sleep in, but the main area of the house is open and spacious enough that everyone can participate in cooking or watching the sunset from the deck.
What makes this House unique
Suitable for multi-generational gatherings, the house has bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. The fully furnished walkout basement has foosball table, ping pong table, card tables, flat screen TV and additional sleeping space. For those who enjoy nature, an evening sunset on the back deck is not to be missed. The view is wonderful. Holiday Island has a golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, putt putt golf and marina for boating enthusiasts. There's also a large stone fireplace. Historic Eureka Springs is a short 10 minute drive for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room to have a blast! Recommend highly for anyone with a group to use this property or even just a couple. Danny was great and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back!
Lots of room! It was our 2nd time and all ready rented for next year!
Best Holiday Island house rental ever
This was our 40th year renting houses & condos on Holiday Island, and this was easily the best house we’ve ever rented. It was clean and well-stocked upon arrival. It was easy to access and there was clear, timely communication from the owner. We’re a large crew and It felt like we all had ample space, even when parking cars in the driveway. It must be well insulated or well-built, because the kids played downstairs without too much noise carrying through the house, likewise for the noise from thunderstorms outside. The bedrooms were spacious, and it’s great that each had its own bathroom attached. The two half baths were handy, as well.
I’m ready to rent it again next year, for sure.
Home again! Doodah
Clean, roomy, comfortable, close to the Barn (reunion venue), everything we needed. Dan was very easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely stay again. Colorado, Oklahoma & Kansas cousins.
AWESOME FAMILY HOME AWAY FROM HOME
It was a nice comfortable place to stay. Will love to stay there next time we are in the city.
Great space to spread out. Beautiful quiet neighborhood.
Our family enjoyed the living areas and large tvs. We also loved watching the deer in yard.
We would have appreciated a few more towels as they did not dry out in the humidity.
