Great location- 10 min walk from train station. Home was quiet, clean with well equipped kitchen for simple meals. We loved the village of Wengen with its easy access to Jungfraujoch, many hiking trail and wonderful restaurants.

Great location just a few minute walk from train station and town. Perfect setup for four adults. If you have mobility issues the inside stairwell down to the bedrooms and bathrooms has no handrail and is steep. One bedroom upstairs but no bathroom on that level.

Cozy and clean apartment in beautiful Wengen! The views were amazing, and the location was on the edge of town so it was peaceful, but still less than 10 minutes to walk to the train station or to get back to the restaurants in town. Many trails accessible right from this apartment, along with easy access to visit Mannlichen, Schilthorn, Kleine Scheidegg, Murren, Gimmelwald, Lauterbrunnen, and Interlaken. Breathtaking views everywhere we went. We loved walking by the beautiful homes with their intricate construction, and the flowers, and plenty of cows and sheep. We loved it all!

It was great!

Well this was our first time staying in this region and we fell in love. The house was nice and clean and had really comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen and beautiful views! Highly recommend!

Gorgeous views!

The condo is very comfortable. The only negative is that there is no bathroom on the main floor. Whoever stays in the bedroom on the top floor has to climb down the stairs in the night to use the restroom. There is no handrail and the stairs are steep. Den furniture is comfy and 2 bedrooms on the lower level are comfy with nice bathrooms. View is breathtaking.

A Room with a View

Julie and her staff were super responsive. The place was clean and comfortable. It's a quiet location with a beautiful view. Instructions for travelers on how to operate the appliances, such as the dishwasher, washer, and dryer, and also on how to get the electrical outlets working would be so helpful. We had to spend a lot of time figuring these things out.

A most convenient and enjoyable holiday at a magnificient location

The chalet offers a splendid view over the vally at a quiet place. Still close enough to the railway station to provide a starting point for a lot of interesting walks in the surrounding mountains. The chalet is well equiped, has two bath rooms and a nice terrace. Most comfortable and to be recommended The mid stay cleaning was for us a bit unnecessary though done by a very kind and polite person. The bath towel could, be smaller, perhaps replaced by two smaller ones. In contrast to roossi3 roossi2 has no handrail at the stairs. The armchair has one of its supports broken? fixed with strong tape. We used it with care, it functioned, but may need attention from time to time.

spacious apartment with great view

the apartment hold 3 of us comfortably, it was clean, comfy and fully equipped. the view was great with terrace. communication with agent was fantastic everything was clear. the only issue for us was transportation, train tickets were more costly than expected without rail card. also the train timing wasn’t always consistent which led to wasted time waiting at the station. since train is the only mean to reach the apartment it had to be mentioned. also we encountered 2 mouses not sure when or how they got in.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in our comfortable and well-equipped apartment, with its wonderful mountain views. The train between Lauterbrunnen and Wengen is included on regional travel passes, which are a cost-effective and convenient way to also visit sights and mountain tops in the area. The 11-minute train to Wengen reliably departs Lauterbrunnen every 30 minutes during the day and every 60 minutes from 9:30 PM. We inspected the apartment after you left and were also surprised to find two mice had come inside. But we had noticed that you were leaving the front door propped open in the evenings. So this would be how they got in, likely from the surrounding fields as it is autumn. This has never happened before and the mice were quickly caught after you left and we have not seen any again.

Perfect weekend getaway

The place was great - stunning views, fully equipped and cozy in case the rain alters your plans. The service was really good - fast communication, clear instructions and a lot of useful tips about the area. I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back one day.

Switzerland wonderland

This rental was absolutely perfect! Every aspect of it! It was a delight waking up to the sound of sheep bells ringing. The views were top notch. I will be back to Wengen and would stay here without hesitation!

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. Perfect for our 4-night family stay in Wengen.

My family and I had a great stay in this fabulous place. The apartment was clean and equipped exactly as advertised. The location was perfectly situated just on the edge of town, close enough to walk in for groceries and dinner but away enough to provide a peaceful setting with a beautiful view. Julie was the perfect host and very responsive to every inquiry that we made.
