Absolutely wonderful!! Highly recommend this location!! Incredibly clean and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Beds were extremely comfortable. Great place to stay & just a 3 minute walk to the Baylor Starbucks.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the large kitchen and outdoor picnic tables. Parking is easy and right outside the unit. Comfortable beds too

very nice place to stay, construction going on next door was slightly annoying and television picture was poor but over all this was a nice place to stay that was close to everything. Waco is a lovey town with great restaurants. Will stay here again if we com back

Baylor Visit
This was our second time staying here. We came to visit our daughter at Baylor with the grandparents along for the Baylor Basketball game. Convenient location, clean and comfortable. We will stay here again in the future.

Very welcoming
It was a lovely townhouse in a great area, right on the college campus and close to the Magnolia property. It had everything you would need, soaps, shampoos, etc. We would recommend it to anyone going to the Waco area.

Great Place to Stay
The listing does not do this place justice. It is the perfect location if visiting your student at Baylor or in town for a campus tour. It is easy to get to all of the attractions. The unit was super clean and comfy. Had a great night sleep. I highly recommend staying at 1700 S. Second Street. You will be glad that you did!

Great place across from Baylor poor checkin
This property is perfectly located across from Baylors campus. Able to walk on campus and walk to the baseball stadium to catch a game. Check in process was very dicey. Never received check in information and then had to chase it down from VRBO and the owner. Not the best process. No apology for the process either

Stayed here on a short vacay with my BFF and my son from Nevada met up with us and stayed a few days
We loved this place and was so impressed with the look of the place, the safe feeling we had here and just how easy it was to get in touch with them. I left something important in the apartment and didn't realize it until we were in Austin. My son was still in Waco and I called to see if he could go get it and they were right there to help. I have never stayed in a place that was so well equipped. Cleaning supplies, Oil, balsamic vinegar, cream sugar.... everything you might want. I would stay there again and again!

The property was clean and looked just like the pictures. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Great place, and we would stay there again.

Perfect Waco Location for Your Magnolia Experience
We chose to stay here when we visited Magnolia Market. It was the perfect location for us. Very neat and clean and comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Can’t beat the location if you’re a Baylor parent with a kid on campus.
We came when the weather (snow) was pretty crazy in Texas. We were thankful to no issues while we were there.

Born in Waco, raised/ educated in Austin, my family has been in and around the Waco area for generations. I currently "reside" in Colorado but more or less spit my time between the 3. I have a deep passion for everything outdoors, live music and, of course, Baylor University Athletics.

Family Owned and operated since construction was completed in the 70's by my Grandfather, Jack Thomas, who was a student athlete and later coached football for the Baylor Bears. Having served and supported the University and the local community for well over 30 years, he had a deep passion for the University and its sense of community.
Once student housing, we have recently remodeled completely and now aim to service the Baylor Community and the Greater Waco area in their accommodation needs while maintaining the sense of community that is our heritage.
Although he is no longer with us it is with great pleasure that we are able to continue serving the Baylor/ Waco community for which I know he'd be proud. we hope to carry on Jack Thomas' s legacy of hospitality and generosity for many years to come.
