Each tastefully furnished/decorated unit has 2 bedrooms each with queen-sized beds and spacious French door closets. About Jack Thomas Herrin
Born in Waco, raised/ educated in Austin, my family has been in and around the Waco area for generations. I currently "reside" in Colorado but more or less spit my time between the 3. I have a deep passion for everything outdoors, live music and, of course, Baylor University Athletics.

Why Jack Thomas Herrin chose Waco
Family Owned and operated since construction was completed in the 70's by my Grandfather, Jack Thomas, who was a student athlete and later coached football for the Baylor Bears. Having served and supported the University and the local community for well over 30 years, he had a deep passion for the University and its sense of community. Once student housing, we have recently remodeled completely and now aim to service the Baylor Community and the Greater Waco area in their accommodation needs while maintaining the sense of community that is our heritage. Although he is no longer with us it is with great pleasure that we are able to continue serving the Baylor/ Waco community for which I know he'd be proud. we hope to carry on Jack Thomas' s legacy of hospitality and generosity for many years to come. Centrally located, right next to Baylor University and Downtown Waco. Magnolia Market is only minutes away as is McLane Stadium. Ballpark and Basketball Arena 2 blocks. Walk anywhere or take the tram that picks up right outside.
