Living room - Comfy furnishings, light filled west facing windows w/ peek-a-boo ocean view. There is a flat screen TV w/ Roku TV & DirecTV satellite packages & a Blu-Ray player. There is also a cozy Gas Log Fireplace!

Dining area - Large table, perfect for family meals & fun Game Nights!

Den - Off of the main living room w/ a sofa sleeper & pocket doors for privacy

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 people - day or night. No Drop-in guests- NO PARTIES- We are in a Private Community w/ an HOA / Security- NO Large Gatherings
- 2 Cars Max in driveway. Please ask us about where to park extra cars
- PET POLICY: Dogs only - $120 Dog Fee per Dog. Backyard is not fenced & dogs must be leashed - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house.
- Please be conscientious of water usage
-NO Smoking of Anything in the house

All arrival details—including the home address, access code, check-in/check-out times, house-specific notes, and local recommendations—will be sent to you 3 days before arrival.

You’ll receive a link with everything you need, and a printed copy will also be available in the home.
***If you do not receive your arrival information the day BEFORE your check-in, please call us and we’ll resend it right away.
***Please Do Not arrive at the house without your check-in information.
