'Stunning Views': beachfront villa with pool

'Stunning Views' is a big villa (700 sq metres) with swimming pool, wifi, airconditioning and a huge garden (1 hectare big). The villa was awarded the 'Best view of Lake Garda 'prize by an Italian villa rental magazine for its views of Lake Garda and the unique famous location of Punta San Vigilio: a lovely, secluded place on Lake Garda. It is in the lovely area of San Vigilio di Garda, a five minutes walk (or two minute drive, if you prefer driving) from the very famous beach Baia delle Sirene (the Mermaids beach). This beach has got a "beach style" restaurant and bar for lunch. There is also a luxury restaurant and a famous prosecco bar in a lovely renaissance listed building next to the beach. The villa's spacious interiors have just been renovated, (very fast wifi, airconditioning, new interior refurbishing and a bigger kitchen in 2023) yet the villa still retains its original 1900 neo-classical charm (listed building). The big fenced garden is immersed in a nature reserve with century old trees and rare flowers, walking and MTB paths. Nearby many lovely pretty hamlets of Lake Garda with harbour , castles, and delicious restaurants. A short drive from the villa: boat rentals, street food markets, shopping malls with italian fashion, excellent wine tasting, ferry tours, Venice, Italian "Disney" biggest park Gardaland, thermal baths, Verona, Parcosigurtà, Borghetto, Sirmione, Vicenza, Padua, Milan, Bergamo!

My grandfather was a very talented engineer and renovating architect. He built this villa for his family (my family, lucky me!). He also built several villas on Lake Garda (villa Cometti, villa Tempesta, villa Tremosine and many others) and palazzos in Verona and in Venice. He renovated the frescoes and stuccoes of many old palladian villas in Venice and he was the renovation directing architect of some medieval churches (the belltower of the Cathedral in Verona, the medieval Church in Torbe etc)

5. We love our dinner parties in the dining room in the villa, our new twin tables can sit up to 15 guests, plenty of space, yet nice and cosy............................................................

7. Our beloved 'kitchen courtyard': scented jasmin in the summer and colourful camellias in the early spring, plenty of figs to eat in late summer... we love 'cooking with a with a scent!'.....................................................................

9. The garden is immersed in a Nature Park Reserve, so we are literally surroundered by nature! There is a great network of hiking and cycling paths in the nature reserve on our doorstep
