Seaside Villa Konaki is a stylish, detached house with a private pool and within easy walking distance (200 m.) to the organized Blue Flag sandy beach and all amenities of Almyrida Resort (Chania, Crete).

It’s two-storey villa (100 square meters) with 3 bedrooms, cosy fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and 2 bathrooms/wc.

The villa can accommodate 6 guests and a kid up to 3 years old. Three stylish decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds (150х200) and one bedroom with twin beds (100х200). The bedroom on the ground floor has got an access to a small balcony with a comfortable sofa. Two bedrooms on the first floor has got their own exit to a wooden pergola covered balcony. The big terrace on the first floor has a wooden set of 4 chairs and a table.

The bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor have a shower and wc.

The living room has a big sofa and comfortable armchair, Big Flat LCD TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi coverage. The kitchen with a table are placed in an open plan area. The villa is bright thanks to many windows in all over the house.

The kitchen is very well equipped: electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, citrus juice maker.

The outside dining area with a charcoal BBQ station is created for deli breakfasts, lunches and diners.

One of many details that makes this villa exceptional is a spacious private pool on the stone paved outside terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas for relax with pleasure. As a plus a hammock in the open area that means that you have your own opportunity to get your cocktails and beverages in shadow and tranquil place.

Seaside Villa Konaki is a good choice for a family holiday or for an amazing time for small group of friends. The nearest sandy beach is organized within 200 meters, 5 minutes easy walking from the villa. The seawater is crystal clear, shallow and warm and it is a marvellous combination for an opportunity for many hours of play and leisure.

The access to some public places from the villa won’t be a problem either, Konaki is located in 100 meters to a minimarket, groceries shops, bakery, pharmacy, ATMs, cafes and many tavernas of Almyrida with homemade dishes based on traditional recipes and local fresh products. There’s also Chania town in 25 km from the villa, which is able to offer a larger variety of supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, pharmacy, ATMs, shops and historical sites. The bus stop of public bus to Chania in 200 meters as well and in 30 minutes you are in Chania.

Chania International Airport (code of airport - CHQ) is 35 km from the villa. Heraklion International Airport (code pf airport - HER) is in 125 km.
