Located on a plot of 2,200 m² on the edge of a small canal, widely open to nature, not overlooked and fitted out with a swimming pool with a whirlpool area. The house is surrounded by 200 m² of wooden terrace, arranged in different spaces conducive to relaxation, including a covered part ideal for taking your meals prepared on the plancha, as well as a pontoon along the canal.

The house consists of a large living room overlooking an open kitchen. Large bay windows give access to the terrace and the garden. The sleeping area is composed on the ground floor of 3 bedrooms, 1 with shower room, a bathroom with wc and a separate wc. Upstairs a mezzanine "relaxation corner" overlooks the living room and gives access to a children's room with 2 single beds.

The beach is accessible:
- on foot in 30 minutes by forest paths
- by bike in 10 minutes via the cycle track (la Vélodysée) which is 50 m away
- by free shuttle
- by car

A lively market takes place every Sunday morning in the city center: you can buy many fresh and local products or even organic.

A mini supermarket open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week can make your life easier.

Ondres is a small town ideally located halfway between Bayonne-Biarrtiz and Hossegor-Capbreton. A motorway entrance 5 km away will allow you to discover the Landes, the Basque Country as well as reach Spain in 30 minutes.
