Renovated windmill with swimming pool on wooded land dominated by 7 large century-old pines. Villa of 275 m² in the middle of a garden of 3,000 m² with an unobstructed 280° view, in a quiet area, near the sea and the mountains. All amenities nearby, in the village and 2 minutes by car (in the village, 2 minutes on foot: bakeries, butchers, tobacconists, hairdressers, restaurants, LIDL supermarket...; market: Tuesday and Saturday morning, shellfish merchant on Fridays from 6 to 6.45 p.m. / 2.5 km away: commercial area with all shops, in particular, Super U).

Encore mieux que sur les photos !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! La maison est très agréable, très très bien équipée, il ne manque rien et Jean est disponible au besoin. Les chambres sont confortables et les salles de bains sont également très bien. Quant aux extérieurs, la vue est magique et apaisante, la piscine est parfaite. Bref nous repartons détendus et heureux d'avoir profité de cette belle maison.

La propriété de Jean se trouve à un endroit remarquable, dans le village de Murviel-Lès-Béziers avec vue sur le superbe paysage de la vallée de l'Orb. Nous avons passé de beaux moments autour de la piscine et profité d'une cuisine bien équipée pour la préparation des repas.

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans une super maison. Le jardin avec piscine et trampoline est idéal pour les enfants également. Tout est mis à disposition par Jean, le propriétaire, pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. Jean était très disponible et très accueillant ! Merci encore. Rien à redire.

Très agréable maison avec beaucoup de caractère

Merci pour cette super semaine en famille - la maison a beaucoup de charme, est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Notre plus petite, 4 ans, a adoré la salle de jeux et le trampoline. Tandis que les grands ont profité des terrasses et de la piscine - les grands pins dans le jardin sont magnifiques et la région avec les gorges de l'Orb est vraiment très belle!
