Good stay

Good property for 5 ppl with a decent sized kitchen. Location was walking distance to center of Porto Cesareo but you do need a car to get to the nicer Lidos. Owner was very hospitable and available to answer questions. Overall a good experience but I do feel that the apartment needs a little refreshing.

Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum von Porto Cesareo. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit ( Strand mit Felsen). Um zu schönere Strände zu gelangen benötigt man nicht lange mit dem Auto (z. B. ca. 8 Minuten Torre Chianca). Die Wohnung reicht vollkommen aus für 8 Personen . Die oberen zwei Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, das untere, mit eigenem Badezimmer nur mit Ventilator. Das obere Bad sollte evtl. erneuert werden ( Armaturen haben etwas getropft). Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (außer Geschirrspülmaschine).Parkmöglichkeit gibt es für ein Auto im Hof.Die Mutter der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich (Haus direkt nebenan).Ein Haushaltsgeschäft ist direkt gegenüber gewesen, ein kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist hervorragend gewesen. Vielen Dank

Gemütlicher Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben hier einen schönen Urlaub mit Kleinkind verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ordentlich ausgestattet, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: der Geschirrspüler war entgegen der Beschreibung nicht vorhanden und die Sauberkeit hätte etwas gründlicher sein können. Sehr angenehm war die Klimaanlage, besonders an warmen Tagen.Ein Highlight war die überdachte, schattige Veranda mit großem Esstisch – perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten und entspannte Stunden im Freien. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentrumsnah – Restaurants, Geschäfte und ein schöner, nicht überfüllter Strand sind gut erreichbar. Mit Kleinkind waren es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer. Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft sind vorhanden, mit Leihwagen gibt es zudem viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den super freundliche Gastgeber, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren und uns herzlich willkommen geheißen haben.

Très bon logement

Le logement a été rénové (terrasse neuve et agréable contrairement aux photos). Les deux chambres du haut sont avec la climatisation. A 4 minutes à pieds de la plage publique et du centre ville. Possibilité de garer la voiture en face du logement. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. La maman de la propriétaire est juste à côté et s'occupe très bien de ses locataires. C'est un ensemble de 4 maisons collées les unes aux autres. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Casa accogliente e funzionale, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili: una bella vacanza

Casa molto funzionale, pulitissima, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Si trova nel centro di porto Cesareo, con parcheggio (cosa molto molto apprezzabile). Noi abbiamo girato soprattutto in bici, anche per raggiungere le spiagge vicine. Propietari deliziosi. Una bella vacanza.

Esperienza stupenda

Sono veramente soddisfatta del soggi orno effettuato, l'abitazione si trova a due passi dal mare e dal centro di Porto Cesareo ma, allo stesso tempo, è collocata in un contesto tranquillo. La proprietaria è sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni tipo di esigenza in tempi veramente brevi in modo da favorire un soggiorno perfetto. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Tolles gastfreundliches Ferienhaus

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen! Es war alles genau so wie erwartet! Die Lage des Hauses ist super gut! Die wunderschöne Stadt mit dem traumhaften Strand sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt! Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich! Alles hat funktioniert!!!
