HOUSE IN DENIA (PLAYA DEVESES)
Beach house located 10km from the center of Denia.
It is located 50m from one of the best beaches in Denia (Les Deveses), with fine white sand.
The accommodation has a garden with a barbecue at the front and a covered terrace at the rear.
Pets are not accepted inside the house, but they can be without problems in the backyard (covered).
The accommodation consists of 3 rooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed). In addition in the living room there is also a sofa bed (very comfortable) suitable for two more people.
It also consists of a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a storage room with a freezer chest.
At the front (towards the beach) there is a large garden with a porch and barbecue, and at the rear (with easy parking at the door, there is a covered patio-terrace.
The water supply comes from its own motorized well. Suitable for shower use.
A house complete with all the comforts, perfect for spending a few days in Denia.
