Élégant appartement de 90 m² au 1er étage d’un ancien monastère, au cœur du centre historique de Lucques, dans la prestigieuse Via Fillungo, la rue des boutiques, des bars à vin et des restaurants. Récemment rénové dans le style des appartements nobles toscans, avec poutres apparentes et une touche contemporaine : calme, frais et lumineux toute la journée.

SITUATION
Les remparts de Lucques, la Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, le Palazzo Pfanner et la basilique San Frediano sont à 2 minutes à pied ; la Piazza Napoleone à 6. Louez un vélo pour une balade sur les remparts et leurs 11 bastions dans la verdure. Cafés, restaurants et bars à vin sont au pied de l’immeuble. La gare de Lucques est à 14 minutes à pied et l’arrêt de bus de Piazzale Verdi à 5.

Stefano was an active host. Leaving a contact list of restaurants, grocery, taxi. Also a great Grisham book to enjoy. Rooms were decorated and comfy. Balcony was a nice place to sit on a quiet street while the windows on the busy street were lively. As for the kitchen, we never used the stove due to the fabulous nearby resturants. The train is 2 minutes from the wall entrance, nice 30 minute train to Pisa and day trip to Florence.

Fantastic apartment and a perfect fit for six adults. The location was incredible — right in the heart of Lucca. The host was wonderful to deal with and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We absolutely loved this property - great location with view all around. Clean and well equipped and ideal for our family group. Check in / check out very easy with great communication from the owner. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We loved this apartment. The location is fantadtic with easy access to all that Lucca has to offer. The apartment is well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay and Stefano was prompt with all communication. Would definitely stay again.

This place is right in the middle of the historic part of Lucca, a perfect spot to explore all the sights this charming Renaissance town has to offer. Free overnight parking within 10 min walk. Very comfortable, well decorated and large enough for 6 people with 2 full bathrooms. Couldn't have been better!!

Excellent location for a family vacation

Lucca was better than expected! It's like the whole town lives in a story book! Both the city and the apartment are really great and have tons of character. We would stay here again. Also, the host responds very quickly.My only complaint is that the king mattress needs to be replaced (probably like 10 years ago).

Best Apartment in Lucca!

We absolutely loved everything about the apartment, but especially the location! Right in the Heart of Lucca! Stefano went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, which was a lot seeing as how our bags had been lost on the flight in! Cannot thank him enough! If you plan on staying in Lucca…this character filled, lovely apartment is a must!

Lucca

We stayed three nights in Lucca, using it as a base to go to Florence and Pisa. Overall the place was satisfactory but if your looking to cook meals, the kitchen is lacking in basic pots and pans etc. Being inside the wall, there is plenty of street noise from 6 am to midnight. A very light sleeper will not be happy and some of us slept with ear plugs.

More steps than expected

The apartment was fantastic! Chic, elegant, GREAT location, very clean and comfy beds. The first floor means you are not on the ground floor. That is floor 0 in Italy. So we were surprised by the (eek) steps. But Stefano helped us both up and down with our suitcases and we older ladies were quite appreciative of that. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in the main level. The second floor has (eek) more steps and the 2 twin beds. We also didn’t realize it didn’t have a/c but it is perfectly situated to not need it. If you close the western shutters to the patio, and open the windows that are shaded due to the narrow streets, you get a great cross breeze. The street noise to me was soothing like the sound of waves. But others were quite happy with the earplugs I brought. Stefano had a lovely welcome gift for us. Great host recommendations for everything from parking to dining. We had a great time!

Great apartment right in the heart of Lucca. It was bright with lots of windows that created a great cross breeze. Amazing price for such a central location. No parking within the walls for unloading our luggage but Stefano gave us a link to a parking we could park for free. It was about a 12 minute walk from the parking to the apartment. As a heads up the room with the two twin beds is up a set of narrow stairs and the ceiling in that room was a bit low. Overall we would highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city

I can’t speak highly enough of this apartment or the hosts. On our arrival, our party was delayed by about 5 hours, but Francesca was still able to meet us when we arrived. The apartment is a converted momentary, and the interior really is stunning. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are lovely, and the whole apartment is light and airy. The kitchen has all the facilities you would need to prepare a meal (although we didn’t get around to it as the nearby restaurants are so good!). It’s very centrally located, and overlooks one of the main shopping streets, so everything you could want is on your doorstep. The only slight drawback is that no aircon means that had to have the windows open to stay cool, and the street nose can be quite loud until about 1am; and the street sweepers can give you an early wake up call! After the first night though, I slept straight through! I would definitely stay again and recommend!

Bellissimo

Subito dopo i primi passi che abbiamo fatto dentro l'appartamento abbiamo sentito un feeling speciale. E' un vero e proprio paradiso all'interno di un gioiello di città. La casa gode di tutti i confort ed è nel cuore del centro storico. L'arredamento è molto curato. Ve lo consiglio sia per coppie che per una famiglia. I proprietari sono stati fin da subito molto gentili e premurosi. Perfino un regalo abbiamo trovato...che non poteva non essere un buon rosso toscano!
