About the property

Welcome to the lovely and rustic Southern Grace Cabin! A three bedroom, two bath luxury cabin featuring amenities you would expect to find in cabin of this quality.

Most notably, the close proximity to Hochatown’s restaurants, shopping, and Broken Bow lake entrances make this property a marvel of convenience. Located near the entrance of Kianotobe Trails, guests of this cabin can literally walk to The Blue Rooster Fry house without crossing a single major road. Drive to Beavers Bend State Park in five tiny minutes!

Also handy is the easy parking access, allowing you to bring the boat without facing steep inclines or navigating winding roads. Drivers of small vehicles especially, will appreciate not having to brave near-vertical driveways.

3 bedrooms 1 with a King and Futon, 2 bedrooms have Queens and a futon plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 baths with a combo shower/tub combo in one and in the master a Jacuzzi tub and a stand up shower. Lots of space and a huge open kitchen dining and living area. Covered front porch and back porch. Lots of decor and mountings that are sure to be the talking pieces. Wood burning fireplace in the living area and don't forget the Foosball table for a perfect indoor game. Swing set and fire pit in the large back yard an the hot tub is located on the back porch for privacy. Inside you'll see bears, deer, horses, mountain lions, turkey's, ducks, and more. Play a game with the family and see how many wild animals you see in the cabin. Let me know because it's hard to keep up with all the critters. It's a great way to keep the kids occupied. There aren't any live animals inside so don't worry just on the furniture, walls, etc. . .

You can drive 5 - 10 minutes and be at the Broken Bow Lake or Beavers Bend State Park where Mountain Fork River flows clean and full of RAINBOW TROUT. We will be glad to help you book fly fishing guides, lake fishing guides, 18 holes of golf, dinner reservations, etc. Just let us know. We are sure you'll have fun with all the activities that are available from zip-lining, minature golf, go carts, horseback riding, repealling, train ride, paddle boating, canoe float, kayak float, brewery, distillery, and wine touring. Don't forget the hiking in the park area with several breathtaking trails with deer along the trail. After all the activities, eating and shopping relax at your cabin under the stars at the fire pit or in the comfort of your cabin.

RATES & DATES: Rates are charged by the number of nights that you are staying in the cabin, not by the days. All cabins have a minimum “night” stay requirement of 2 nights. There is a 3 or 4 night stay requirement on all major holidays and selected dates throughout the year. Rates vary by season and there is a base rate for all cabins and additional charges for additional guests. To view all base rates,

One (1) night rentals are considered and are not available more than 1 week in advance of arrival. 100% payment is due at the time of the reservation. One-night rentals are considered only if it makes good business sense to do so. We cannot accommodate one-night stays in three or four-bedroom cabins – the cost to clean normally exceeds our commission. Discounts are not available for One-night rentals. Full rack rates apply and include additional fees for outside cleaning services at a rate of $30.00.

PET CHARGES: Some cabins allow pets and the charge is a non-refundable per pet, per day fee. Please do not bring unauthorized pet(s) as there is always evidence! Pet fees are $25 per pet. If booking on-line, please let us know if you will be bringing more than 1 pet in the comment section, we will adjust before sending you a confirmation.

YOU MUST BE 21 TO RENT A CABIN: We reserve the right to refuse to rent a cabin to anyone under the age 21, which is the legal drinking age in Oklahoma. (Select cabins require 25 or older) A parent or guardian must be present with all guests under the age of 21. Exceptions are made for couples, honeymoon, anniversary, etc.

DOWN PAYMENTS: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. To secure your reservation, we will need a major credit card to apply the down payment: A 1 night rental payment is required for each room reserved. (For example: A cabin stay with an average daily rental of 185 will require a $185 down payment). Down payments are applied towards the balance.

CONFIRMATION: A Confirmation for your reservation will be emailed to the address provided at the time of reservation. Please review the confirmation for accuracy of dates and accommodations. Please notify Beavers Bend Dream of any discrepancies in the reservation immediately upon receiving the confirmation. We insist that you check your dates and the cabin assignment to insure no mistakes were made. It’s human to error; it’s good practice to double check! We will not compensate for error – your confirmation is sent for you to check.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR CONFIRMATION:On-Line reservation confirmation will be sent within 8 to 12 hours of making your reservation. You will get your key code within 1 week before your arrival.

When making your reservation by calling us directly, a confirmation will be sent immediately after the completion of the call.

If we are not added to your address book, most confirmations fall into your spam/junk mail folder. Cabins are “Self Check-In”. Approximately 5-10 days prior to arrival a 2nd confirmation will be sent that includes your combination lock code to enter your cabin. Please print your confirmation as it includes your driving directions to your cabin. At anytime, if you need assistance, please call.

FINAL PAYMENT: Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival your credit card will be charged the full balance due (minus the down payment). If you would like to split payments, please ask each person in your group to call us to arrange payment, prior to the final payment. We can only accept payment over $100.00 and a limit of three (3) payments to one account – not including the down payment. In other words, if you have a group of 10 adults, we can only accept 3 payments, your group will need to buddy-up to make the 3 payments. We simply can’t tie up the telephone lines for 10 payments. (The person making the reservation + two others = 3 payments)

CANCELLATIONS: If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation the down payment will not be refunded. To avoid additional penalties, we require a 30–day notice of cancellation. Full rental payment will apply if reservations are cancelled during the clause. If the cabin can be re-rented, we will refund you (less) the down payment. Your down payment is non-refundable.

Only the guest named on the reservation may cancel or make changes to a reservation. We request all cancellations in writing, via e-mail. We will accept cancellations via phone call, but will again request a follow-up e-mail.

All cancellations will be issued a cancellation number for your file. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations by voice mail. Your reservation is not cancelled unless you receive a cancellation number.

CHANGING CABINS & CHANGING DATES: Subject to a $35.00 fee. Changing cabins or changing dates cannot be honored during the cancellation clause. (30-days) (Each of the cabins is individually owned) It is considered a cancellation for one owners cabin and a booking for another owners cabin. Cancellation policies will apply. This clause does not include additions/subtractions of the number of guests. There will be no additional fees charged for adding days to your existing reservation.

LOST AND FOUND: Please keep in mind, that if you happen to leave something behind, there will be a minimum of a $25.00 charge to return the items to you.

CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 3:00PM (or later) Cabins are Self Check-In. A confirmation will be sent to you with driving directions to your cabin from us a week before you come in with the code to get into your cabin. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your junk/spam folder. Please add us to your address book to receive your reminder e-mail with the key code to your cabin.

PLEASE do not arrive early without permission. Extra charges will apply for early arrivals without our knowledge. Starting at $25 per hour

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00AM. Housekeeping fees will apply for late checkouts.

Cabins are to be left tidy. Please do not leave dirty dishes for us to clean. If you have a dishwasher – all dirty dishes should be put in the dishwasher and the dishwasher turned on before leaving the cabin. Please pick up your basic trash. That’s it! We’ll do the rest. You do not need to strip the beds or sweep the floors (unless you were extremely messy, then please do so!)

KNOW YOUR WAY: Please, please find out before you hit the road the directions to Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Insure you have your map, directions to your cabin and key code. I’m sorry folks, but it just isn’t our responsibility to get you from your driveway to Broken Bow. It is our responsibility to get you from Broken Bow to your cabin.

Great vacation!

Only complaints I have is the washer and dryer were not working which we planned to use and the road was white dust and this property is at the front of the subdivision so our vehicles were covered. Is an extremely busy road. But we loved Hoochatown and will be back.

Perfect Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful cabin. There was a lot of room for our whole family of 14 adults and 3 young children. From the late night fire in the fire pit to the hot tub, it was a trip to remember.
