The newly built villa, 1 minute from the beach, reinterprets the building at Gallura Palace, northern Sardinia, in a modern style. It is equipped with every comfort and a large garden just a stone's throw from the beach.
The interior spaces are comfortable and bright with adjustable shutters and mosquito nets for greater interior comfort.
The verandas are large and finely furnished with sea views.

The area is full of amenities, supermarkets, tennis courts, bars, restaurants on the beach within walking distance with a pleasant walk.
The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room with kitchen with sea view, dining area with sea view and relaxation area, large covered verandas and terraces, elevator for disabled, private garden where to spend pleasant moments. Beach and beach umbrellas are available on the beach. In the property you can rent beach towels, bicycles, third bed.
