Cottage bord de mer avec vue panoramique sur la mer.

L'un des deux cottages Coastguard magnifiquement rénové achevé en juillet 2017 à un niveau élevé. Situé à un jet de pierre de Southbourne Beach avec vue panoramique sur la mer depuis toutes les chambres.

Chaque cottage dispose de 2 chambres doubles. La chambre 1 dispose d'un lit king-size ou de lits jumeaux, d'une vue imprenable sur la mer et le jardin et d'une salle d'eau privative.

La chambre 2 est au 2ème étage avec lit double et une vue panoramique imprenable de Old Harry Rocks à The Needles & Isle of Wright.

Il y a aussi une salle de bains familiale avec douche de tête.

En bas, il y a un grand salon ouvert, avec un grand canapé-lit, une salle à manger pour 6 et une cuisine entièrement intégrée avec, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur, four / plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes et grille-pain. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse.

L'avant de la propriété a des jardins magnifiquement conçus qui sont maintenant entièrement clos, terrasse avec des sièges et un parking hors route. L'arrière du chalet a une autre zone ornée qui attrape le soleil du soir, ainsi qu'un espace barbecue, un local à vélos, etc.

Les Cottages sont à quelques pas de Hengistbury Head avec son centre d'accueil et de train terrestre pour Mudeford Spit, une belle journée pour la famille. La ville historique de Christchurch est très proche avec son ancien prieuré, son château, ses promenades sur la rivière, Quay with Quamps Splash Park pour les plus petits (gratuit), des promenades en bateau et en ferry et une abondance de restaurants, bars et boutiques.

Southbourne est à une courte distance de marche des magasins, supermarchés, restaurants et bars. Nous avons également la New Forest à 10 minutes avec ses beaux villages, ses pubs de comté, ses poneys New Forest et ses ânes sauvages.

Le centre-ville de Bournemouth est à 10 minutes en voiture.

Nous vous fournirons tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances, des serviettes et serviettes de plage aux chaises hautes et lits de voyage.

Perfect location

If you want a beach location, you can’t beat this lovely little terraced cottage just a stone’s throw from lovely Southbourne beach. The kitchen is really well stocked, beds and sofa were comfy and the BBQ and hot tub were very welcome additions after a day at the beach! Would recommend and would stay again.

Great Location

This was a nice retreat away from the hustle and bustle of London. Great layout and excellent location to town and beach. Damian was great to work with and had very prompt communication. My only recommendation is the couch is a little uncomfortable but other than that I would highly recommend! Cheers!

Lovely cottage, great location

Lovely cosy cottage, well equipped and comfortable, great for dogs too with enclosed garden and yards from the beach. Only minor gripe is that more care could have been taken with cleaning. Many cobwebs upstairs and too much evidence of the previous visitors who clearly had a very hairy white dog!

Superb!

A lovely holiday cottage in a great location. Couldn’t fault it - very clean, tastefully decorated, comfy bed, everything you could possibly need was included. The garden was ideal for the dog and, with the beach literally across the road and wonderful Hengistbury Head a 10 minute walk away, it was a Godsend. Damian was very quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival - check in was simple and wine and delicious local biscuits in the kitchen as a welcome gift. We didn’t want to leave!

Short family break

The property was lovely. Perfect base for us. Owners were really responsive and super friendly. House was clean and exactly as advertised. New fence in the garden was a welcome addition! Kitchen had everything we needed.Only small thing that let it down is that the sofa and rug really need a good shampoo/clean. The smell of wet dog is over powering, even for a dog owner!

Great cottage in a great location

The cottage is immaculate and is very close to the sea. We could see the sea from the first and second floor and loved going to sleep listening to the waves lapping at the shore. Damian was very responsive and answered any questions we had and recommended some great dog friendly places to eat at. Would thoroughly recommend and looking forward to going back at some point

Great beach location

The property was clean with lovely decor - loved all the little ornaments, it was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was enough space for all of us plus our little dog. The loft bedroom was a little warm but it was fine once we opened a window. The garden was nice to sit in too.

Great location, high quality residence

Location and quality of the property perfect, booking and communication process totally smooth. Quick access to terrific beach walks so ideal for dogs. A quiet neighbourhood so good for relaxing humans! Bistro on the Beach within two minutes , great for snacks, coffees etc. Shops for provisions within 5 minutes. Will definitely return. Great value!

Short Break

A welcome short break with my dogs. Lovely location and secure garden for dogs. Plenty of local walking and dog friendly beaches. Welcome bottle of wine and biscuits. A bottle of milk would also have been welcome especially as tea and coffee were provided. Bed very comfortable with lovely sea views from the bedrooms.

Perfect Summer Staycation

Lovely well equipped cottage With great outdoor space . Close to beaches and lovely walks. The owner was very helpful although we had everything needed. Recommend for a family or couples stay and we would be happy to return. Prefect.
